The Space

Welcome to xCENTRIK 1511, a cozy studio designed to accommodate up to four guests. The sleeping arrangements include a queen bed and a futon. The living area features a smart TV with Chromecast, allowing you to stream your favorite shows and movies. High-speed WiFi is provided with speeds of 150 Mbps for both upload and download.

Enjoy a pleasant view from the balcony. The studio includes a breakfast bar that offers additional space for cooking. Although the space is compact, every inch is thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort and functionality.

A comfortable desk is situated near the window, ideal for working. The studio is well-lit and decorated with unique local artwork, which guests can purchase as large prints or original pieces during their stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with various appliances neatly stored in the cabinets.

Location

The studio is located in a 32-story building, approximately 15 kilometers from the airport. The building offers spectacular views, especially from the 32nd floor, which guests are encouraged to visit for the best panorama of San José.

Parking

Parking is available within the building for $10 per night. However, parking is not guaranteed during events. Please notify the host in advance if you require parking so a space can be arranged. The parking cost will be covered by the host.

Guest Access and Transportation

Walking is the most convenient way to explore the area. Public transportation options are nearby, with a bus stop about 100 meters to the north and a train station approximately 200 meters away. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Didi are recommended. Use of red taxis is not advised.

House Rules

• No parties or gatherings are allowed.
• Only registered guests may visit the apartment.
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the building by law.
• A maximum of two small pets are permitted due to the limited space.
