Suzie's Hilltop Estate

Susie’s is a favorite when we’re in San Ignacio. I didn’t book in time for our last trip and stayed somewhere else (It was still a nice spot). You can’t best Susie’s staff; kind, prompt, caring, proud of this location. We’ll be back!

Our stay was great! The place was clean and had everything you needed. We were greeted with some snacks. Would definitely return.

We had an amazing stay at Suzie's Hilltop Resort. It was four of us so we rented out both of the townhouses. We arranged transportation from the Belize City airport with the mgmt company and Terry met us when we arrived on site. She introduced us to Juan who lives on the grounds and is there if we encounter any issues. He is the nicest guy! The place was very clean and well appointed with what we needed. Most importantly the beds were super comfy and the shower was hot! Terry was great in arranging a cultural tour for us when our kayaking tour got canceled because of the weather. Every one that we interacted with related to the property management company was amazing, warm and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay, we really appreciated Juan living on site and helping with everything and anything. He was what made things really feel so easy and right at home

We loved everything about our stay!!!

This is our second time staying at Susie’s Hilltop Villas. We loved it so much the first time, that we brought our family the second time around and booked both sides. It’s very spacious and all the amenities including washer/dryer was great to have available. Beds are very comfy and place was clean. Along with Jameli, the property manager Terry and groundskeeper Juan were very attentive and worked to fix any issues we had asap. Even when we added more people to our group last minute, they were very understanding. We look forward to returning.

We loved Susie’s place. It was great for our family vacation. Perfect location . Juan, the caretaker, was wonderful. We would definitely go back!

My family and I had a great time! My little brother loved both pools! Additionally, the location is close to downtown and made traveling around super easy!

The villas were perfect for our family to have space and spend quality time together. Everything was very close and easy to find. The pools were very relaxing and perfect for bird watching.
