- Inappropriate or illegal behavior, including fighting, excessive noise, property damage, or violation of community or rental rules, will result in immediate eviction without refund if complaints are received from neighbors or the condominium management.

We had a great time with family with teenagers. The villa and pool are better than in the photos! The neighborhood is secure and very safe. I recommend it.

The good: The place was large, spacious and had plenty of room for our part of 10 to spread out and relax. The pool was fun for the kids to splash in when they got hot. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and was nice. The not so good: most of our party never experienced a warm shower the entire stay because the hot water only worked for about 2-3 showers. The host was not responsive to some of our questions for over a whole day. Overall, the place was fine, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

It is a beautiful house, very Mexican, it has all the amenities, it is very comfortable, clean and very quiet, as a family we enjoyed it very much.

Very good accommodation and the photos don't show the reality of the house, it is much better than the photos, everything you need and great space in all the rooms and rooms. I highly recommend it.

We loved the house! Extremely spacious, beautiful and with all amenities in a safe neighborhood. The pool larger than what the photos look like. Berenize is always attentive and, answering our doubts in excellent time and form. We'll definitely be staying again soon!

The house is enormous! Wonderful for our large group. The house itself is a little dated but has everything you need. The location is wonderful, it is minutes from major grocery shopping as well as public beaches and endless cenotes. The hosts were incredibly responsive and were able to address all minor issues we had. Berenice and Jorge were friendly and welcoming.

The house is amazing, great for large groups. We went 15 and it was great. Jorge is an unbelievable host who helped us whenever we need it. We recommend it 100%. It is essential to have a car as it is located in a private location and on the outskirts of Playa del Carmen.
