Casa Enclave is approximately 200 meters along an unpaved road from the main street in Barrio Las Delicias. The road is accessible by any type of car. San Juan del Sur town center is about 7 minutes away.
Check-In and Check-Out

A team member will meet you at the arrival time you provide, escort you to the villa, and share the information you need for your stay.
If you arrive before 3:00 p.m. and the villa is not yet ready, luggage storage is available until check-in.
Parking
The villa includes three convenient and secure private parking spaces. Up to six vehicles can be accommodated if they are parked in a line.
Pets
Pets are allowed with prior approval.

The house is very nice, the spot is pleasant, and the pool has a lot of potential. However, there were several details that I think are important to mention. When we arrived, around 3:00 pm, they were doing work on some pipes and there was mud in the area. In addition, the pool was dirty. Since we had children who wanted to enjoy it, we ended up using it in those conditions, but we requested that it be cleaned, and this was done by about 5:00 pm. We also found three newborn kittens behind a couch. We had no problems initially, but during the night the mother cat showed up and, without us realizing it, ate a chicken we had in the kitchen for our dinner. Finally, when we were given the house, we were informed that the use of the campfire had an additional cost of $10, although the listing description indicates that it is included. It would be important for the listing information and the information provided to guests to be consistent.

Dariusz and his staff are very communicative and friendly. We had to stay another day and they took care of it for us immediately. They have a kitten who is the owner of the house and is very friendly. It's definitely a paradise that I want to return to. Their house exudes peace, harmony and a lot of calm. I definitely come back with renewed energy.🌼

We spent a few quiet and relaxing days with the family. The place is very peaceful, easily accessible and close to the city of San Juan del Sur and the beaches in the area. Jeny was attentive to our requests and Darsiuz gave us clear instructions upon arrival. This space is highly recommended.
