Guest Access
Guests have full access to the penthouse, its decks and pool, and the private backyard.
Additional Information
Cabo San Lucas is a safe city, and Pedregal is a gated community. If desired, nighttime security at the house can be arranged for approximately $80 per day; prices are subject to change. Security is included in the price on December 31.
The security person can provide access to a nearby gate into town after that gate closes at 8 p.m. Another gate to town remains open 24 hours a day, but it is a five- to 10-minute walk from the house.
A door-to-door airport shuttle can be arranged for up to 10 people.
- Guests staying for one week or longer will be charged for one midweek cleaning per week.
- Guests staying for one month will be charged a $300 utility fee.
- Fishing trips can be arranged upon request.
- At least one guest must be 21 or older.
- Guests must provide the names and ages of all guests, along with arrival information, before arrival.

This was THE BEST!!! We booked the top three floors of this villa for 9 people and had the absolute best time. From the beginning, Denise and her daughter were extremely communicative and helpful - providing recommendations for transportation, food delivery, and chefs, and even booked our airport transport for us. The pictures seriously don’t do it justice! The property is unbelievably beautiful, very clean, modern, well stocked with kitchen needs and towels, and has fantastic AC. The neighborhood is super safe and quiet, but within very close walking distance to restaurants, bars, clubs, and the marina. We had the best time celebrating my sister’s bachelorette and wish we could stay longer! Highly recommend.

We stayed in Casa Amistad over Christmas and had a wonderful time. Everything about the house was as advertised and very nice. All of my kids were so impressed, which is not usually the case. The location is very good. It’s close to an entrance to the gated community (very safe) which made it so easy to get everywhere we wanted to be. The whole week we never needed a rental car or a taxi. The excursions we booked set up transportation as needed and either picked us up at the house or just a five minute walk from the front door. Beach is within walking distance as are loads of restaurants and shopping. Our vacation was made so much better than if we had stayed in a hotel by having so much space for everyone to stretch out, relax and have some alone time when needed. The one challenge to this house is the stairs up to it. It’s 65 stair steps from the street to the front door. Personally, I loved it because I’m active and so is my family, but people with mobility issues would not enjoy this particular house, imo. My dad could never stay here because he has trouble with stairs. Otherwise, I would certainly recommend this rental to anyone I liked :)

Love, love, love the penthouse and the view. Was a bit disappointed at the actual size of our pool and sure wish they had left us more toilet paper, paper towels… There was no cleaner left for us to wipe the countertops off with and there were ants so that was something we had to purchase on our own. Also We would’ve liked to have had a little bit more bedding for the pull out couch, a few more bath towels…and some wash cloths.

This place is dreamy. AMAZING location. Even better view. You seriously could just chill at the place during your whole trip and it would be worth it... Luxurious decor and touches. Comfortable beds, very spacious penthouse, unbelievable kitchen. Walking up the stairs to the unit wasn't a big deal, I just wouldn't recommend this place for seniors or physically impaired individuals. The town is 5 minutes away on foot. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Lastly, communication with Denise was super easy and she is very attentive, detailed in her responses and genuinely wants you to have a great time.

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at Denise's place. The home was immaculate, gorgeous, and had breathtaking views of the city and marina. We felt at home and Denise was very easy to communicate with. I would recommend this to my friends and would love to come back and visit.
