The Space
Casa Amistad offers an ultra-luxury two-story penthouse located just a five-minute walk from downtown Cabo San Lucas and a 15-minute walk from the beach. The penthouse is close to the harbor, where water taxis provide access to popular beaches.
This stunning penthouse features breathtaking panoramic views of Cabo and the Sea of Cortez. It includes a private infinity pool that overlooks the ocean and marina. The property is built into a mountain, showcasing beautiful natural exposed granite walls, and is secured within the gated community of Pedregal.
Inside, the penthouse boasts two master suites:
- One master suite with a custom hand-carved California king bed
- Another master suite with two custom-designed Italian fabric upholstered queen beds
Each suite has its own elegant, custom bathroom. The game room includes:
- A full bar with sink and garbage disposal
- A queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa
The large great room features:
- A 60-inch plasma TV
- Apple TV box with unlimited movies, Netflix, YouTube, and more
- A fireplace
- A guest powder room
- A glass wall that opens to an expansive deck, creating seamless indoor/outdoor living
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for entertaining, including upgraded appliances such as a microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and a martini shaker. The entire penthouse is professionally decorated.
The outdoor deck offers:
- Outdoor dining area
- Chaise lounges
For quieter moments, guests can relax in the private garden setting in the backyard.

The penthouse is situated at the top of the villa and is accessible via an outdoor stairway with its own private entrance, pool, and patios separate from the rest of the villa.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the penthouse, including all decks, the private pool, and the backyard.
Additional Information
- One guest must be at least 21 years old.
- Guests will be asked to provide names, ages, and arrival details prior to check-in.
- Airport shuttle service is available for $220 round trip for up to ten people.
- Pedregal is a safe, gated community. Additional 12-hour nighttime doorman service is available for approximately $90 per day (prices may vary). This service is included on December 31 and from March 1 to March 31.
- A portable baby crib is available upon request.
- Guests staying one week or longer will receive one mid-week cleaning per week.
- Monthly stays incur a $300 utility fee.
- Assistance with arranging fishing trips is available upon request.

This was THE BEST!!! We booked the top three floors of this villa for 9 people and had the absolute best time. From the beginning, Denise and her daughter were extremely communicative and helpful - providing recommendations for transportation, food delivery, and chefs, and even booked our airport transport for us. The pictures seriously don’t do it justice! The property is unbelievably beautiful, very clean, modern, well stocked with kitchen needs and towels, and has fantastic AC. The neighborhood is super safe and quiet, but within very close walking distance to restaurants, bars, clubs, and the marina. We had the best time celebrating my sister’s bachelorette and wish we could stay longer! Highly recommend.

We stayed in Casa Amistad over Christmas and had a wonderful time. Everything about the house was as advertised and very nice. All of my kids were so impressed, which is not usually the case. The location is very good. It’s close to an entrance to the gated community (very safe) which made it so easy to get everywhere we wanted to be. The whole week we never needed a rental car or a taxi. The excursions we booked set up transportation as needed and either picked us up at the house or just a five minute walk from the front door. Beach is within walking distance as are loads of restaurants and shopping. Our vacation was made so much better than if we had stayed in a hotel by having so much space for everyone to stretch out, relax and have some alone time when needed. The one challenge to this house is the stairs up to it. It’s 65 stair steps from the street to the front door. Personally, I loved it because I’m active and so is my family, but people with mobility issues would not enjoy this particular house, imo. My dad could never stay here because he has trouble with stairs. Otherwise, I would certainly recommend this rental to anyone I liked :)

Love, love, love the penthouse and the view. Was a bit disappointed at the actual size of our pool and sure wish they had left us more toilet paper, paper towels… There was no cleaner left for us to wipe the countertops off with and there were ants so that was something we had to purchase on our own. Also We would’ve liked to have had a little bit more bedding for the pull out couch, a few more bath towels…and some wash cloths.

This place is dreamy. AMAZING location. Even better view. You seriously could just chill at the place during your whole trip and it would be worth it... Luxurious decor and touches. Comfortable beds, very spacious penthouse, unbelievable kitchen. Walking up the stairs to the unit wasn't a big deal, I just wouldn't recommend this place for seniors or physically impaired individuals. The town is 5 minutes away on foot. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Lastly, communication with Denise was super easy and she is very attentive, detailed in her responses and genuinely wants you to have a great time.

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at Denise's place. The home was immaculate, gorgeous, and had breathtaking views of the city and marina. We felt at home and Denise was very easy to communicate with. I would recommend this to my friends and would love to come back and visit.
