so this is my first time to Isla Mujeres. we had booked a whale shark adventure trip for myself and my son for our birthday. I had booked a separate Airbnb and it was not accommodating to the number of guests that I had so I canceled and Carl and Sebastian worked with me on getting me in their condo and man am I impressed and very grateful. when we walked in it was definitely a sight to see looking out the patio window from the third floor. we also went across the street walkway and did some snorkeling and saw some extremely beautiful fish. but I would only recommend expert or very Advanced swimmers in this area because the rip current was very very tough. but if you can swim very well and you bring snorkeling gear or buy snorkeling gear it is definitely worth it in this area. The host for very responsive and to giving us recommendations for restaurants. I cannot thank them enough and I look forward to coming back

This is a modern property with a million dollar view. Anything you need is within walking distance.

I recommend it for large groups. The location is about 8 to 10 min walk to playa Norte and about 7 min to the downtown street with the most restaurants and bars. It may seem like a lot, but it's not too bad considering that you can rent out beach umbrellas on playa Norte so you don't have to carry much. A few convenience stores are nearby if you want to buy groceries. The accommodation was great, and there were no issues with the AC or hot water. I would suggest the host to add a love seat or additional couch since there's only one couch for a group of 8. An unconventional benefit of this location is the fact that the building sits on a slightly higher-leveled street compared to other areas. Hence, the street the street did not flood compared to different areas of the island during a summer tropical storm.

Had a great last-minute weekend getaway. Location was excellent. Walkable from both the ferry and all of the restaurants and shops. Neighbors were also friendly, and helped us find the apartment. We also used their partnerships with local beach clubs to get a discount on a beach chair and had a fun day at the beach. Would stay again!

Great location. Very nice and clean condo. Great ocean views. We will absolutely stay here again. You don't need a golf cart unless you want to venture out of the downtown area. We had no issues at all.

Pasamos unos días hermosos. El departamento es tal cual la publicación. Moderno, amplio, iluminado, con una vista hermosa y con buena ubicación. Los anfitriones muy atentos y brindando respuesta a las consultas realizadas. Lo recomiendo y esperamos poder regresar.
