Excellent hosts. The house is simply beautiful. The photos don't do it justice. It's much nicer, super spacious, and has everything you need to have a comfortable and relaxing stay. We went as a family and enjoyed it very much. We definitely want to come back. Super comfortable beds and armchairs. Direct beach access is a big plus.

The house is beautiful and very large. It's a shame we only stayed to sleep and left very early the next day. We couldn't take advantage of the pool, but we would have loved to. Definitely one of the best places I've ever stayed at.

Very effective communication, the only thing I would complain about is that we had a lot of problems with the drinking water. I think that a house like that, if there is a constant lack of water, must have a water tank. Many of us were left with soap in the shower. The area is very quiet and pleasant, and the access to the beach is very convenient.

I have been at Hermosa palms before and had a much better experience before. Not this time with Rob property, as the host is so cheap that he does not maintain access to the great community pool, and the house has maintenance issues. You do not have access to the pool or restaurant or shower at the beach, although you pay as much as for the other houses. Imagine going to a resort where you can't access the pool and food served there because the host wants to save the HOA $140/month ! The house has a tiny "pool" that is about 13 feet wide, more like a foot bath, barely any ocean view from the 3rd floor. The house lost water multiple times during the day and at night, as they don't have their own well. Great when you want to have lunch or dinner, or your kid is taking a shower. So it is far from "luxury".
