The condo is located on the lagoon in the exclusive gated community of Puerto Aventuras.

Puerto Aventuras is a small beach town in Quintana Roo along the Riviera Maya. This peaceful and secure residential community is surrounded by beautiful natural scenery.

Quinta Laguna is a boutique development with only six units. The complex overlooks the lagoon and connects to the beach by a canal, where you can swim, paddle, or kayak.

The Space

This beautiful three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo is situated in a quiet lagoon-side area. It features:

Puerto Aventuras has two beaches. The closest beach is approximately a four-minute walk from the condo.
