The house is perched on a mountainside, providing complete privacy and multiple outdoor areas to enjoy the surrounding rainforest. Whether you want to swim in the infinity-edge pool, relax on the sun deck perfect for stargazing, play billiards, practice yoga on the spacious upper deck, soak in the large outdoor bathtub, gather around the fire pit, or simply take in the vibrant wildlife, this home offers a peaceful jungle experience.
Birdwatching is abundant here, with toucans, large macaws flying in pairs, white-faced monkeys, and the occasional neighborhood sloth making appearances.

We really liked the design of the home (modern & thoughtful conveniences) and spaces for family to spread out. It was a great private location close to amenities. We would have given 5 stars except for our experience with bugs in the home. There were dozens of little beetles throughout the place on arrival including in 3 of 5 beds we used. We told the host but they attributed it to the rain & did not suggest a remediation. On the last night we had 2 separate instances of a scorpion crawling out in the shower while our kids were bathing. There are loose rocks as part of the decorative feature in the shower floor. This was very unsettling -if we had been warned we likely would have not chosen the home. Coming from another tropical location we have experience with bugs but expect them to remain outside & if there are one or two inside it's not an issue - in this case it was way beyond our comfort level. Seems the home may not be properly sealed. The host should assess & enact a solution

The Villa is by far the most luxurious we have ever rented in our lives. Everything was superb! The view, the pool, the rooms—everything was impeccable. We saw toucans every morning.

Wow! What a wonderful holiday in this villa! We are fortunate to rent residences each year in different locations, and this one was really beyond our expectations. Everything was as advertised: photos, house, view, and amenities. A very special mention to Diane, who was extraordinary and very available throughout our stay. Always available and quick to respond, she greatly contributed to making our vacation even more enjoyable. The listing indicates that a 4x4 is required, and that is indeed the case. The path is part of the adventure, but we were accompanied upon arrival and very well guided. We were a family of six with four children aged 11 to 19, and everyone loved it! Nothing negative to say. We recommend this villa without hesitation. A huge thank you to Diane, the owners, and the whole team! 🇨🇷❤️

This place is amazing!! We absolutely loved our time here!! Perfect location so close to dominical downtown. Besides all the great restaurants and shops awesome vibe! Our boys loved the soccer field played every day! So close to the best waterfalls! The home itself is very spacious and cozy! Feels like home! Gorgeous shower rooms! Beautiful bedrooms and very comfortable mattresses!! The kids loved the bunk bed roo! The outdoor area is super beautiful and fun!! The pool is great!! We played lots of pool table. Lots of animals visited! Butterfly’s and birds galore! The view is breathtaking! Jungle lush green! Very private and quiet! We would absolutely love to visit again! Or as the kids said “we could live here”! Lots of beautiful memories created here!! Thank you team and Diana for quick response easy communication and for the early check in! We used the kitchen a lot it has everything you need!! Love this place very much!!

We LOVED our stay here! We traveled with two kids (7 and 9) and they really wanted to stay in a house where we could see wildlife from the house …and boy, did this house deliver! We watched toucans sit on the trees every morning and afternoon. A family of monkeys loved visiting the fruit tree next to the house every morning. We saw all different kinds on birds, along with many other animals! The house itself is stunning and exactly like the pictures, if not even better! Very clean! We loved the location! It was centrally located to all the activities we did. You do need 4x4 to get to the house, but after the initial drive up, it’s not bad at all! Even after big rains, we had zero issues with the road. We hope to return someday to this little piece of heaven!

The views of the jungle and sliver of the ocean were awesome! The drive up was not bad and got easier every time we went up. The house was equipped with everything you needed…grill, blender, etc. The water pump went out and they replaced it that day. We saw white faced monkeys, toucans, blue butterflies and an agudi all from the pool. Nice place for 2 families with a bunk room.

This place is great, a beautiful home in a beautiful location. The interior design is definetly a step above the average 4.5 or 5 star rated places. Everything is as advertised. You of course need a good vehicle to drive up the hill. Loved it.
