For your comfort, each registered guest receives a bath towel and a Turkish beach towel. The bathroom is stocked with hand towels, washcloths, and makeup cloths, while kitchen towels are provided in the cooking area.
In line with our eco-friendly approach, biodegradable 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and kitchen soap are supplied for your convenience. Additional amenities include an iron and hairdryer.
Beach days are made easier with complimentary beach chairs, coolers, and sand toys available on a first-come, first-served basis within the building.
Weekly cleaning service is included for stays longer than seven nights. Additional cleanings can be arranged for a fee.
For those who need to work during their stay, high-speed fiber optic internet is accessible both inside the condo and poolside.
Please note that the condo is located on the third floor and the building does not have an elevator. Stair climbing is required.
There may be some noise from the surrounding environment, including road traffic, nearby construction, and occasional music. To help maintain a peaceful atmosphere, sound machines are provided. Guests sensitive to noise should consider this before booking.
Guests have full use of common area amenities daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., which include:
Tamarindo is undergoing significant development in the Villarreal, Tamarindo, and Langosta areas, which may result in construction noise during legal working hours.
The local environment includes native wildlife such as ants, spiders, moths, lizards, flies, beetles, and other small creatures. Sightings inside or near the property are common, especially during the rainy season when animals seek dry shelter. To avoid attracting them, please do not leave unsealed food out.
We take measures such as traps and sprays to manage pests but do not offer refunds for sightings. Guests should respect the natural surroundings and be prepared for these encounters. If pest issues become excessive, Bygon spray is provided under the kitchen sink, or you may request assistance from our handyman.
Power outages can occur in Costa Rica. If an outage lasts longer than four hours, a 25% refund will be issued for the affected day. No refunds are provided for outages shorter than four hours.
You may also encounter wildlife such as howler monkeys, skunks, porcupines, possums, iguanas, and hawks. It is best to observe from a distance and avoid interaction.

Onsite parking is available but limited to one vehicle.
