I loved the house. As a teacher and leader of 20 students, I needed a house that would accommodate our needs as dancers, and it was perfect. We had a wonderful stay! Santiago was very friendly, responsive, and addressed our requests quickly, which made our experience even more enjoyable. He also allowed a later checkout. The place was big and spacious, with more room than we needed, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location was perfect—close to all the places we wanted to visit and very convenient for exploring the area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and truly appreciated Santiago’s hospitality and the convenient location.

Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend Santiago as a host. **Pros:** • Great layout with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for larger groups. • Air conditioning in most bedrooms, which made a big difference. • Excellent Laureles location within walking distance of a supermarket and several restaurants. • Large dining table that worked perfectly for our group dinners. • Santiago was an outstanding host. He responded quickly, was proactive, and went above and beyond to help whenever issues came up. **Cons:** • Not Santiago's fault, but the refrigerator stopped working during our stay. He promptly reimbursed us for our spoiled groceries. • During the fridge replacement, the technicians caused the washer to leak. Santiago had it repaired the following day. • Three bedrooms do not have A/C and become quite warm. Two are converted exterior rooms that were less comfortable, especially during hotter weather.

Everything was excellent, excellent location, everything close by, quiet place, very excellent host, very helpful, a fairly large house for large groups and very comfortable. I would definitely choose the place again if I had the opportunity.

I was visiting Medellin with a group of friends for three (3) nights. There were 13 of us in total. We all loved the house. We also loved that we could walk to several restaurants and other necessary places, and we felt very safe. Santiago was very nice and communicative with me from the time we booked until we left the house. I recommend this house for a large group.
