4 ladies we enjoyed the space.We only spent one night but we settled in so nice. The grocery was 1 block away. We had both the roof top view for sunset and sunrise.And we could walk through town during the day and evening.Most people would say they wish they stayed longer.But truly the time we had was so beautiful and refreshing that 24 hrs felt like a full reset. Thank you Francis and our hostess Ana.

Overall, we were quite happy with Francis' place, but it's all about the location. We loved that it is in the center of Izamal, and a few minute walk to the grocery store. Francis and Annie (the host) did a great job with communication. I happily recommend this place (and the restaurant Kinich!).

I really liked the house and the proximity it had to everything in Izamal, it seems to me that it meets almost everything described, however there are a couple of things to improve for the price paid. Still, everything was perfect, thank you very much for having us. I would have liked to have stayed longer.

Lovely home on a perfect location. The layout is great and the use of native materials and exposed stone gave the place a very warm and welcoming feel. It was an easy walk to the center of town. Highly recommended.

We were at ease, comfortable, we enjoyed the house and the city. The house is very nice and centrally located. He was very kind to us for the reception and delivery of the house. We were very satisfied

Excellent service from Francis, very attentive to everything, the place is excellent and well located with great views of the Convent from the Terrace!

The house is located two blocks from the Convent on the main street of Izamal. Well-located accommodation, in a very quiet place. It's located near restaurants and cafes. Francis and Ana helped us at all times, providing everything agreed with the accommodation. Very friendly and accessible. The house is beautiful with three well-decorated rooms and very comfortable beds and pillows. It also has hammock hangers in case you need to hang a hammock. It has a swimming pool on the ground floor and a jacuzzi on the roof with a spectacular view of the convent. I recommend staying in this place.
