Dos Hermanos

Overview

The Dos Hermanos room is available from time to time, so reserve it while it is open. The home is a two-minute walk from Playa Colorado and a five-minute walk from Pili's Beach Club, offering an excellent location and value in a spacious, high-quality family home.

The Space

This family-friendly surf home is just steps from the waves.

The Dos Hermanos room includes:

• One high-quality queen-size bed
• One bunk bed for two people
• Ample shelving for personal belongings
• A bathroom located directly beside the bedroom

The room comfortably sleeps three people, with a maximum capacity of four.

The home has three bedrooms:

• The front room is a self-contained studio with its own private entrance and does not connect to the main home.
• A separate casita at the front of the property is also fully independent.
• The Dos Hermanos room shares the main home with one other guest room, accommodating a maximum of two additional guests.

The house is very spacious. Common areas are shared with guests from the other room, including:

• Living room
• Kitchen
• Front deck and patio
• Back garden
• Swimming pool

The front outdoor area and pool are also shared by guests staying in the studio and casita.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire main home and its shared amenities, including:

During Your Stay

We live in the home but will be away for a few weeks. Our housekeeper or I will be on-site to manage the property.

We are happy to answer questions and help arrange:

• Advice about other beach breaks
• Travel assistance in Nicaragua

Other Things to Note

Our family includes one Nicaraguan rescue dog named Otto, who may be seen roaming outside the home.

Air conditioning is included in the rate, primarily for nighttime use or short cooling sessions during the day. This helps us keep our prices economical as a small, family-run Airbnb. Please use the air conditioning efficiently.

If you plan to use the air conditioning for more than 12 hours per day in total, an additional fee of $10 per day applies. This is especially relevant for guests working online full time.
