The Space
Villas de Coco offers four independent, two-level villas designed for families and friends who respect the house rules. The property is located three blocks from Lake Atitlán and provides a peaceful, comfortable, family-oriented atmosphere.
Each villa accommodates up to six adults and two children under 12 years old and includes:

Guest Access
Each of the four villas is independent. Guests share access to the swimming pools, pergola, Jacuzzi, gardens, and parking areas.
Villas de Coco Rules
The rules must be signed upon check-in. Every adult must present an identification card or passport upon arrival.
- Guests must sign to acknowledge and accept the rules upon arrival.
- Firearms are not permitted.
- Guests must respect the peace, quiet, and personal space of the neighbors.
- Guests must sign an inventory of the furniture and other provided items at check-in and return everything in the same condition at check-out.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Food and drinks are not permitted in the swimming pools or Jacuzzi.
- Villas de Coco is not responsible for accidents occurring within its facilities.
- Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for children and young people, who may not be left unattended during the day or night.
- The villas and common areas are exclusively for registered guests. Visitors are not permitted.
- Housekeeping is not included in the villa rental.
- Excessive alcohol consumption is not permitted on the property out of respect for other guests.
- Children and young people remain the responsibility of their parents or accompanying adults.
- Swimming pool and Jacuzzi hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Because Villas de Coco is intended for families and friends who follow the rules, guests may not enter or leave the property after 1:00 a.m.

Very nice house, good location, the host's service was very good. Just a few observations: there is not much privacy, as two of the rooms are open-plan; the pool was always cold, and the hot tub takes a long time to heat up; pool usage hours start at 9:00 a.m., and they don't turn it on until then, so you have to wait about 2 hours to be able to use it. Otherwise, everything was very good 👍🏻

This place was a great stay! It is a walkable distance to the panchas to get to other towns along the lake. Check in was easy and the host was responsive. Pedro was very kind and showed us around the home when we arrived. Check out is smooth! There is a local resturaunt down the block Comedor Mary that I cannot recommend enough!!! We went three times! The pool area is clean and so nice to sit outside. 10/10!!!

Nice place within a quiet enclosed group of maybe 3-4 houses which all share the pool, jacuzzi, and game areas. Very walkable to the lake as well as shopping on Santander. Good choice for families with kids.

We had a wonderful stay in Pana. Rhe location was great and walking distance from many wonderful shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this location.
