I went to the same building 2 years ago , a lot has changed .The pool wasn’t heated less people for services , there was no more beds on the terrace only long chairs and there was no pillow sheets at all in the studio .

Stay was ok. The unit is run down and needs some maintenance/upkeep. Amenities and location made it worth it. Lots of stains on couch and bed/sheets. There was also a leak in the bathroom ceiling which was pretty gross.

The unit was nice and clean and great location. The balcony overlooks the tops of other buildings. There is no bike for this unit. It's just in the pictures. There were 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 2 beach towels. No wash cloths, bath mat, kitchen towel or wash rags. Also no hair dryer even though it was listed in the ammenities. Went to shower later that evening and no hot water even after running the water for 10 min. Got a hold of a manager the next morning who said they would send someone out later that morning. Came back early afternoon and our door was left unlocked. There were more towels left. Hot water still didn't work and the bathroom had water all over the floor and white plaster bits. Got a hold of the manager again and he came by and determined the hot water tank needed to be replaced. He was able to move us to a different unit which was much nicer and had hot water and towels. Overall this unit and building itself is good, the ammenities could use some upgrading.

Korzystałem z dwóch apartamentów Osmana. Oba miały wiele zalet. Apartament na parterze jest bardzo cichy, zapewnia intymność. Apartament na 3 piętrze jest bardzo dobrze doświetlony, ma dodatki w postaci rowerów oraz sejfu. Budynek jest nowy, ma piękne wspólne powierzchnie: basen, lobby. Położenie blisko centrum Tulum, w odległości krótkiego spaceru hipermarket i mnóstwo restauracji. Jeżeli pojawiają się jakieś problemy w apartamencie to Osman szybko reaguje.

They were very friendly. I love the safety of the building and the amenities. Pool had a bar/kitchen service and it was great. It felt like a hotel with the comfort of a home.

La estancia me pareció increíble, el único pero que le pongo es que el internet no era bueno, no fue un problema mayor para mí puesto que solo utilizaba el departamento para dormir pero, en general muy bueno, la chica departamento la recepción siempre muy atenta y daba recomendaciones para salir y me ayudó a conseguir con una agencia una cuatrimoto, con Osman la comunicación era buena, el clima del departamento enfría muy bien y queda cerca de muchas cosas y lugares, si rentas la cuatrimoto la zona hotelera y clubs de playa quedan a 15min, en general si lo recomendaría y claro que regresaría al Airbnb de osman

Super séjour ! L’appartement est spacieux, très propre, et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires dans la kitchenette, et le balcon est très agréable. L’établissement avec notamment la jolie piscine sur le rooftop est magnifique ! Osman a été un super hôte, très réactif et a l’écoute ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
