280 m2 apartment features 3 bedrooms and a service room with its own bathroom (may also be used as an office/additional bedroom). Every room has its own bathroom and a superking bed, big screen TV in the living room, TV in the bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, a big fridge, everything necessary for cooking, a large terrace with a BBQ (gas), high speed internet. When booking 7 NIGHTS or more we are offering the guests the use of the MULE (free of charge). The space Apartments at Buenaventura Golf and Beach located in the town of Rio Hato, on-site luxury village with a guarded closed territory. There are Marriott Hotel, Golf courses, restaurants, 4 private beaches, outdoor pools, SPA, playgrounds, Zoo and recreation areas, Gourmet shops. In our Apartment you can find everything for short and long term stay. The Apartment is located in Paseo de las Casas in a walking distance from the beach (10 min), distance to the big swimming pool is 1 min. Guests will have access to the whole property except the storage room where we keep our belongings. Apartment is prepared for a long-term rent. Long-term visitors will be asked to sign the contract. Guest access Guests of the Apartment will have free access to private beach clubs, swimming pools, zoo, recreation areas. The property is 10 minutes from the Pacific Ocean, Hotel, bakery and Gurmet shop. We have a private parking for a vehicle, free parking for visitors, security service. A 10-minute drive guests can find supermarkets (Super 99, Arrocha, Novey ), gas station and many small shops in Farallon Plaza. Mercado de Mariscos is a 15-minute drive along the Pan American highway, where guests can always buy fresh seafood, vegetables and fruits. If you would like to play golf we will help you to organize your reservation. Other things to note You are welcome to bring your pet, but we would like to be informed beforehand if that is the case.

Un lugar super tranquilo, el apartamento super amplio, la cocina con todo lo necesario como en casa, los AC funcionan a la perfeccion. La seguridad del lugar y la limpieza del complejo es increible.

Anastasiya & Rick's condo is wonderful! My family and I (wife, son and I) travel a lot and have stayed in many, many AirBnB rentals. This condo ranks as one of the best we have stayed in. The condo is spacious, welcoming and gives you a "you are home" feeling. The beds are comfortable, they have a nice TV and two couches for evening time and the kitchen is spacious enough to cook some good meals in. Anastasiya & Rick even had a brand new coffee maker for us to use. The balcony is perfect for watching the golfers while you slowly doze off for an afternoon nap (or to BBQ). The community is quiet and private and so are the neighbors. There are pools close by (two are within walking distance) and the others, as well as the ocean, are a quick drive. We were able to use the Mule while we were in the community, which my 16 year old loved driving. Given we travel to Panama a lot, we will be staying with Anastasiya & Rick again. A++ all the way around.

I would recommend the condo any time! we were truly sad to have to leave to come back home ! It makes you want to move to Panama! If and when we’ll come back to Panama, that will be the place to stay for us 💯!

Hemos pasado una muy buena estadía, el apartamento es muy cómodo, un ambiente tranquilo y agradable. Rick es un anfitrión muy presente que está pendiente de cualquier situación.

Anastasiya tiene un excelente apartamento muy bien equipado y con una excelente ubicación. Nuestro contacto fue Rick, quien nos atendió en todo momento. Esperamos algún dia poder volver. Dato, no tiene nada que ver con el apartamento, no llevamos toallas de playa ya que siempre fueron provistas por el club. Sin embargo esta vez nos sorprendieron con la imposición de un limite que aplica a solo los visitantes, así que si en su grupo hay mas de 4 personas, como el nuestro, lleven toallas de playa

Muy bonito y muy amplio el apartamento. Moderno, bien organizado. Parece que todo es nuevo. Hay todo y todo muy cómodo. Los dueños muy atentos y amables. Regresaremos de nuevo. Recomendamos mucho este apartamento.
