I really enjoyed my stay at Casa Isabella. The place was comfortable, cozy, and made me feel right at home. I especially appreciated the recommendations for local places to visit and restaurants to try—they made my trip even better. This has become my go-to place whenever I come to Matagalpa. We’ve been to Nicaragua three times before, and Casa Isabela in Matagalpa has by far been the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. It’s a full house with everything you could possibly need and more. The three bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the whole place is spotless, and everything feels new and up-to-date—impressive even by Canadian standards. The house is extremely well appointed: a full kitchen stocked with supplies so we could cook our own meals, laundry facilities, and plenty of modern touches like TVs with Netflix and YouTube. Everything worked perfectly and made our stay feel effortless. We also had the privilege of meeting the host in person during our stay. He was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, sharing great recommendations for local restaurants and interesting places to visit. That personal touch really made the experience even better. We were very impressed with how clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up Casa Isabela is. It really felt like home.

Mi experiencia en el apartamento fue excelente. El lugar cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estadía cómoda y placentera. Todo estaba limpio, bien equipado y tal como se muestra en las fotos. Las instrucciones para el check-in fueron claras y precisas, lo cual facilitó mucho la llegada. Además, Joel fue un anfitrión muy atento, siempre pendiente de que todo estuviera bien y dispuesto a ayudar. Nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones para conocer los lugares turísticos de la zona, lo cual hizo nuestra visita aún más especial. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí.
