Graffiti is the central design element throughout the penthouse, appearing on the walls, around the pool table, and in the bedrooms. The space combines vibrant artwork with modern, luxurious amenities.

One of the best spots you can find in Medellin. Perfectly equipped for a fun time. Walking distance to literally everything you need. Staff is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

This was my second stay in the Penthouse. It lived up to the standard it set the first time. The beds are comfortable. The pool table is cool to hang with friends and play. The rooftop hot tub was a nice place to chill and enjoy coffee in the morning and a night cap at night. Location, plenty around from a small store next door to restaurants all around. One block from Provenza and Lleras. The staff was always polite and helpful. The building is secure and staffed 24 hours. Additional cleaning was available if you like daily cleaning. I’d stay again on a future visit if I needed 3 bedrooms and I’d recommend to any group of friends with those needs.

I had a fantastic stay at Paz 501. The penthouse is modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and a peaceful vibe that really lives up to its name. The bed was super comfortable, the projector tv was great with the continuous play of jazz music, and the space felt both stylish and homey. The location is excellent—close to great cafés, restaurants, and safer, walkable areas, yet still quiet enough to relax at the end of the day. The building itself feels secure and well-maintained. The jacuzzi was plus! What really stood out was the host’s communication. Check-in was smooth, instructions were clear, and any questions were answered quickly and kindly. Santiago did a great job on assisting with our stay My only complaint was that the sink in the master bedroom had a leak Overall, Paz 501 is a perfect spot for anyone visiting Medellín-whether you’re working remotely, exploring the city or just looking for a serene place to recharge. Highly recommended!

My go to place whenever I’m in town. Great staff and security. Perfectly located walking distance to all restaurants and cafes. Staff was very accommodating and communicated great!

Probably one of the best airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. Definitely the best one I’ve stayed in Colombia. The location, the price, the safety, the staff, and of course the place itself. 5 stars all the way around! Will definitely be staying there again. Thank you for everything HostinGroup!

Best overall apartment in the area! I have stayed in numerous Airbnbs in the area. This apartment has absolutely everything you need with a staff that’s very accommodating and close to all the good restaurants by walking distance! My favorite.

This place is simply amazing, elevator opens up to the penthouse. The pictures do not do it justice, 5 stars from the location, to the check in process. The staff is great, Luis and the boys will take care of you. The jacuzzi worked fantastic, guest friendly. I am definitely booking again.
