The Space

There is an additional bathroom with a shower located across the hall.

Important Details

• Parties and events are strictly prohibited. A zero-tolerance policy is enforced regarding loud noise. Complaints from neighbors, authorities, or noise monitoring software between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM may result in fines up to $1,000, eviction, or legal action.
• Your booking includes a damage protection policy covering accidental damages up to $1,500. Deliberate or negligent damage will incur additional charges based on the extent of the damage.
• Costa Rica residents using a local credit card will be charged IVA by their bank separately from Airbnb taxes. This fee is handled directly through the bank and is outside Airbnb’s control.
