The Space
Villa Avalon is situated on the central Pacific Coast of Costa Rica within the secure gated community of Punta Leona, overlooking Playa Blanca, a stunning white sand beach. This spacious villa offers seven bedroom suites accommodating up to 19 guests, along with full-time staff including a maid, cook, gardener, and concierge to ensure a comfortable stay.
The villa features a 40-meter swimming pool with a 33-meter lap lane and an outdoor gym and weights area. A large jacuzzi is located on the upper balcony. Next to the kitchen, there is a breakfast nook and an outdoor barbecue area.
Inside, you will find a generous lounge area equipped with a television, a full-size pool table, a foosball table, board games, an enclosed bar, and plenty of space to relax. The villa also provides Wi-Fi and telephone access.
Perched 100 meters above sea level, Villa Avalon enjoys refreshing sea breezes most afternoons. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens and forest, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean, mountains, and sunsets year-round.
Mornings often bring sightings of local wildlife such as troops of monkeys and Scarlet Macaws feeding on the fruit trees around the villa. Occasionally, guests can spot schools of whales swimming in the Gulf of Nicoya below.

From start to finish the entire experience was incredible. Fiona was so quick to respond and so easy to work with. My wife and I got married at this property and were blown away by the beautiful views, wildlife and extremely kind and helpful staff. Margarite, Anibal (I hope I am spelling their name right) were there everyday helping us with whatever we needed and cooking all our food for 25 adults. Fiona, helped us daily with getting shuttles, recommending things to do and so much more. It felt like we were leaving family at the end and made it that much harder to leave. I couldn’t recommend villa avalon and these beautiful people more. Hands down the best experience we have had. Only thing I recommend is renting a car because the villa is on the top of a very hilly resort. Manageable with golf carts as well to get around but if you want to go to other areas a car is definitely recommended or shuttles through Fiona. All in all, a trip of a lifetime and hope to come back soon!

Best vacation my family has ever had. Fiona and her team were wonderful and very accommodating. We are a family of 14 with 10 adults and 4 kids with some pretty picky people and no one complained which is a first for us. The home is amazing I don’t think the pictures do it justice the architecture is simply amazing. There was plenty of space and privacy. Everyone was amazed by the wild life being so close without even leaving the estate. Food was excellent and very accommodating for the kids. Fiona is wonderful we talked for hours and she booked excursions for us quickly no matter what time of day she was always available to us. I would definitely return in a heartbeat and more importantly my family said this was the best vacation they had been on which is really saying some for them.

Can’t say enough about how great our stay was. Breathtaking views in every direction that pictures just can’t capture. We had a cook on the premises that made fresh delicious food daily, which left us time to enjoy our family rather than worry about shopping and cooking. Countless animal sightings and encounters. Fiona was really great with helping arrange excursions and answering any and all questions we had. Highly recommend! Look forward to returning.

Hands down the best rental experience we’ve ever had! The house and location are stunning, but the service is what truly sets this place apart. Any hesitation about the logistics of such a large property vanished immediately thanks to the incredible staff. Having three full-time people supporting us (including Fiona’s remote help) made our stay entirely stress-free. The food was phenomenal, and the hospitality was second to none. We’ll definitely be back!

This was the perfect house for our group. It was the most beautiful location. We saw more wildlife at the house than even in the national parks. It was a large space with plenty of room for our big family group. Fiona was so helpful in planning our trip. She was very responsive, flexible and helpful. We loved having food made at the house. The food was great and it really felt like a vacation not to have to worry about food! Everything was perfect.

This home is AMAZING!!!! Fiona was AMAZING! The staff was AMAZING! I highly highly highly recommend!! This was a company retreat, and we were so spoiled. I loved every minute of it! I wanted my team to feel rewarded for doing so great in 2025 and they TRULY were with this trip. One of the most beautiful homes I have ever seen.. the pool is amazing, we saw monkeys and Mcaws... it was a Coasta Rican DREAM!!!

Fiona was an amazing host!!! The house is beautiful and wildlife is abundant for sure , Monkeys, Macaws, Toucans. The drive is a little long and bumpy from the main road but that's what makes it so peaceful. Will definitely stay here again

Fiona was an amazing host! She was extremely attentive, answered all my questions, and explained everything clearly. The home itself was gorgeous, relaxing and had plenty of space throughout. Oh the monkeys were such a fun bonus. Overall just a great host, great location and a beautiful home. I will definitely stay here again.
