Roberta’s place is a wonderful even in the center of Playa, quiet, comfortable,as described, everything at walking distance and beautiful see view. It was my second stay, always great.

Great spot. This is the perfect location to restaurants and fifth Avenue. We stayed for two weeks and can’t wait to come back. We were welcomed with water and fresh fruit which was a nice touch. Also, the hosts put me in contact with a driver that picked us up from the airport which was very helpful. I will be back.

This apartment is just what we were looking for. Definitely exceeded our expectations. It’s a luxurious apartment, very well made and equipped with the guest's comfort in mind. Everything was perfect. It's a treat to wake up to a sea view, overlooking the sea and the palm trees, have the gym right there in the complex, and relax by the pool area. The apartment has lots of space (more than you can see in photos), and had everything what we needed for our stay! Located in safe central upscale neighborhood by the beach, with security present, and it’s within walking distance to best restaurants and attractions in the city. There is a no loud noise,no party policy,and the guests there seem to respect the rules, which we appreciated. Also has it’s own parking garage. Hosts were great to deal with, and made sure everything was to our liking. We stayed there for a short time, but we are excited to come back and stay for a few months next time, as it is really perfect place for long term stay.

My favorite place to stay in Playa del Carmen! I’ve stayed in many places in town, but this one is a gem! Not only it’s absolutely beautiful with a stunning view, but also it’s the most comfortable of all. Very comfy beds, a full kitchen, large bedrooms and living room, and in general the whole apartment is very spacious, clean, and full of light. Several different coffee machines, washing machine for laundry, lots of closet space. It has a huge lounge area, 2 pools, a gym, it’s a 1 minute walk to the beach, and all the best restaurants and shopping in Playa del Carmen. It’s right in the heart of the city, yet it’s so quiet and not noisy at all, which I loved. The hosts are very professional and take care of their guests and the apartment very well. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Perfect location, steps off Quinta Avenida but quiet and private. The pool is perfect with ample lounge chairs and a serene setting. The condo is comfortable and well-appointed. The balcony is large and has wonderful views of the ocean, the trees, and the pool below. Host is responsive. Their suggestions for dining were spot-on. Came with a friend and we had a wonderful time.

We borrowed this apartment for 12 days and we were very satisfied. The location is perfect with a short distance to everything you need. At the same time, it is quiet when you go to sleep. The outdoor areas are nice with a lovely pool area and a nice simple gym. The nearest neighbor is a fitness center and a bakery, which makes the location extra good. The host was very helpful and nice. We got good tips about nearby restaurants and the host also offered to help us with tips about Tulum after we had left Playa del Carmen. We will definitely return to the same apartment next time we are in Playa del Carmen.

I stayed here for 3 weeks in February/first week of March with my wife and 1-year-old daughter. We were looking for some place where we could get a little more space than our NYC apartment and get away from winter while working remotely. This place was perfect. The apartment: It was huge (felt even bigger than the pictures showed), which was a nice change from tiny NYC apartments. Wifi was reliable, and we were able to successfully work remotely (including video calls) the whole time we were there (just remember to get the passwords for both the front and back of the apartment, which we forgot to do our first day or two even though Raimonda told us about it). We had a nanny with our 1-year-old during the day while we worked - my wife at the living room table and me at the desk in one of the bedrooms-and with the huge living room, second bedroom, and outdoor space it never felt too crowded. The balcony was lovely and you could see the ocean over the palm trees by the pool, which was a great view to go with morning coffee. The kitchen is well-equipped so we were able to cook most meals at home. The television is a SmartTV so you can sign into Netflix, though we brought a FireStick since it already had all our apps and passwords. It was also nice that the apartment already had a crib so we didn't need to bring our Pack n Play for the baby. The location: The apartment is in a great location to explore PDC. It's a block away from 5th Avenue which is a very touristy area and can get loud at night, but the apartment stayed pretty quiet inside (especially in the bedrooms where I never heard the outside noise). There are a lot of restaurants and bars nearby, and we took up Raimonda on a few of her suggestions, which were excellent. There are also a few large grocery stores within about a half mile walk (Wal-Mart, Mega, and DAC are all close to each other - go to DAC for fruits/veggies, Mega for everything else, and don't go to the Wal-Mart which was poorly stocked when we mistakenly went the first night). On Google Maps it looks like the beach is right next to the condo, but that area isn't really a beach, it's a spot for boats. However, there is a small beach that's easily walkable at the end of 1 Avenida Nte. (in general, we found the beaches in PDC to be really small so we spent most of our time by the pool). There's also a cab stand on the corner outside the apartment, so it's really easy to get a cab when you're ready to go home (and the people who work at the condo building will actually call one for you). The hosts: Raimonda and Robertas were excellent hosts. They were very responsive whenever we needed anything. They live in another apartment in the building so they were often able to stop by, or send us supplies (e.g., dishwasher tablets) when we were running low. Raimonda gave some excellent suggestions for grocery stores and restaurants during our stay. If we decide to come back to PDC next year we will definitely stay here again.

Really nice host, clean and spacious place and understanding. Guard at the place was annoying but host and place was great id stay again.

Amazing place! Will definitely be coming again. Was close to everything and the hosts were great at communicating.
