If I could give Villa Sha 6 stars, I would. This place exceeded our expectations at every turn. Each room was tastefully decorated, with ample room and comfortable beds. Plenty of linens, beach towels, toiletries, etc. Not only is the house and outdoor area absolutely gorgeous, but the staff knocks it out of the park. They are attentive, professional and do everything they can to make the stay memorable and unique. The chef created incredible meals every night and the host went out his way to help personalize our experience to make our birthday weekend celebration truly unforgettable. Thank you team! The experience was truly outstanding. Hands-down the best AirBnB experience we’ve ever had.

Villa Sha and the full staff, as well as Eric and Team was extraordinary! This Airbnb is wildly special, next level, and the level of service was the best we have ever had. Chef Pollo was beyond amazing and accommodating! Sal, Saul, and Miguel were fantastic and provided nonstop incredible service! Alena and staff kept the place spotless while also serving any kind of coffee the first of every morning. And our hats off to Eric for making any request or detail happen! We will never forget Villa Sha and the people and hope to get back!! Thank you Eric and Villa Sha Crew! We love you!

Eric and his team provided us with 5 star service and made us feel like family. Whatever we wanted, no matter how difficult, he and his team made it happen. The best part was they did everything with a smile and it was genuine. Eric and his team made my daughter's sweet sixteen magical, and made all of my friends and family feel like VIP"S. I would highly recommend Villa Sha and we can't wait to go back. Thank you again Eric!

There are no words for how amazing this house is. It was my extended family, including five kids, and it was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. The service!!! - the breakfast lunch and dinner was out of this world and it really truly felt like we were on a vacation. Parents with kids would totally feel this. We will be coming back hands-down. We’re so thankful and grateful that we booked this vacation. Last thing i’d say is we felt like we were at a high-end resort. But personalized. See you next Feb!

so much gratitude for villa sha! what an amazing location with the absolute best staff. the chilaquiles breakfast i still think about weeks later from the trip hahah everything was made super convenient and the attention to detail on all aspects of the stay made it really special. eric, chef polo, sal, saul, anna, elena, candy, calisto, john…everybody made this stay extremely special and memorable and i’d highly recommend this place for an amazing cancun getaway!! so grateful to the airbnb team for making this trip possible and thanks again to everybody at villa sha!! hope to come back in the future 🤍

I've stayed at many Airbnbs in my life. I have to say without any reservation, this was by far the best I have stayed at. Everything about this experience was 10/10. Eric was extremely resourceful from the get go. Communication was excellent. He gave lots of suggestions and went more than out of his way to help planning our arrival. From pre-stocking to transportation to giving me tequila suggestions from the store with pics and videos etc. etc. Once we arrived there, the villa was absolutely stunning. The living space, kitchen, bar, bedrooms, patio. The pool was perfect and heated. The bedrooms were well appointed and had character. Excellent showers. A/Cs worked excellent in all rooms. The Chef made excellent meals 3x/day for us based on menu coordination. Bartender was excellent. Everything was always perfectly cleaned up. At no point was this anything less than a 5 star stay. I'd give it a 6 if that was possible. Definitely a villa I look forward to staying at again!!!!!

House and service were great. Very cool setup to be on the beach and have private dock that boats and jet skis can access for day excursions. Food was really good and the staff were very accommodating to our fluctuating schedules through the trip.

Eric and the entire staff at Villa Sha went above and beyond during our stay. We actually hosted a very small immediate family wedding at the villa one evening and the entire staff went above and beyond to not only make our wedding over the top amazing, but they made the entire trip for us and our families a once in a lifetime experience. Eric was my partner in crime in planning this wedding and I could not have done it without his help. The chef went above and beyond for anything we asked for and everyone was so welcoming and accommodating to any request we had. We could not have asked for a better vacation, yet alone wedding. I could never in the wildest imagination hope to be cared for as well as the Villa Sha staff did. They truly became like family! We would go back 100 times more!

The place was beautiful and exactly as described. The food was better than expected and the overall experience was better than expected. I will absolutely be going back.

My friends and I had an amazing time. Eric, the host, was super responsive and helped arrange all of our activities. As my friend said, Villa Sha can’t be explained, it must be experienced.
