We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious and allowed us to spread out, never feeling like we were on top of each other. We had a great time in Tulum, and that was thanks to the amazing concierge services and recommendations. Every restaurant recommended was spot on to the vibe we asked for. Our concierge booked us a relaxing day trip to the lagoon, the best in-home massages which we highly recommend, and a tarot card reading which made our ladies trip even better. We highly recommend utilizing their services.

Our stay at the Airbnb was amazing. It’s so incredibly beautiful, peaceful and so quiet. We had the best time. Adding the private chef and tarot card reader made the experience even more special. Highly recommend!

First off, the place is very big and could comfortably fit 10 people. I stayed here with 4 other adults. It is exactly as described and everyone thoroughly enjoyed all of the space, pool and comfortable beds. The rooms are very quiet with shades to block out the sun/heat. We had an issue with AC and they sent someone to fix it right away. Bottled water was included and very much appreciated. I recommend renting bikes, ATV or a car as taxis are pricey and you are outside of the hotel zone (15 min taxi). There is a great taco restaurant within walking distance and a smoothie place that we frequented. It was quiet and safe! Definitely recommend this place for a large group or family - you will love it!

The villa was gorgeous and well worth the price we paid, it was so luxurious for 4 of us to each have our own rooms and bathrooms. It is very private feeling, though is walkable to many places. A bicycle/atv rental place is a round the corner as well as an amazing taco place and breakfast spot. The concierge told us about our favorite outing of the trip, they’ve got great recommendations for activities and are very responsive. There are some airbnbs that make you have lots of responsibilities like cleaning your linens before you leave, but this place is much more like a hotel with people coming to clean the pool and the house for you. It’s a very beautiful villa/condo!

This home is so beautiful and aesthetic! We came here for a bachelorette trip with 10 girls and every corner was used for a photo op! The location was a little hard to find, I recommend using “Villa Tulumaya” on google maps and it’ll take you right there. Frankie, Simon, all our drivers, other staff, were so very kind and communicative and made sure we were taken care of well, can’t thank them enough!!

Seva Tulum was hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. The host was incredibly responsive—always replying within minutes—and the concierge team went above and beyond to make our trip seamless. They helped plan and execute everything for my bachelorette weekend, from decorations and a private chef & bartender to reservations, transportation, and amazing local recommendations. The home itself was beautiful, super clean, and perfectly accommodated all 10 girls comfortably. We felt safe the entire time, and the location was ideal walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and mini markets. I truly can’t recommend this home enough. It made our trip unforgettable, best weekend ever!
