The Space

The beach at Playa Langosta is just across the road, easily accessible from two nearby entrances. Each villa has a secure, private entrance with an exterior doorbell for guest use.
Upon entering a villa, you will find either a tropical garden or a water garden. Every room offers views of indoor or outdoor gardens, bringing the tropical environment inside.
The Great Room is surrounded by landscaped gardens both indoors and outdoors and opens directly to the pool terrace. The custom kitchen is equipped with American-style appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, cooktop stove, refrigerator, and garbage disposal.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the outdoor dining area is shaded by a pergola, featuring a ceiling fan and a gas grill.
The Master Bedroom is enveloped by landscaped gardens and includes a covered terrace. The Master Bathroom has cast stone double sinks and opens to additional tropical gardens. It also features a built-in dressing area and convenient access to laundry facilities.
Upstairs, the Mirador Bedroom Suite offers views of the Pacific Ocean's blue waters. This suite includes a full bathroom with an indoor garden and a wet bar, making it ideal for entertaining.
The third bedroom has its own full bathroom, with a shower that opens to another interior garden.
The pool and patio areas are fully landscaped and furnished with comfortable seating. The soothing sound of the outdoor fountain complements the ocean surf, creating a relaxing atmosphere.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire villa property.
Tamarindo is approximately one hour from Liberia Airport. We can assist with arranging shuttles or car rentals at special rates. Once in Tamarindo, informal taxi services are available, or you can rent an ATV to explore nearby beaches within 30 minutes.

My husband, me, and 3 other friends had a blast at the Villa…..everyone had space to either be together or have a quiet place to unwind. The pool was so refreshing and convenient for a swim at anytime of the day/night! Kitchen was pretty well equipped (the frying pans need some attention), bathrooms had everything you needed and with a w/dryer right there, don’t bring a lot of clothes!!!! The monkeys came and put a show on for us one day - great little areas to practice yoga and meditate if you’re in to that. The staff was prompt to help with any concerns we had and def rent a cart from AAA they are right up the street and will deliver for you. Close yet far enough away from downtown…….beach access is right across the street and very private….we loved every moment of our vacation….muchas gracias…..😊

An oasis in Playa Langosta. Close to the beach and amazing restaurants and grocery. Pool area is a retreat. Lots of hot water, dishwasher and well appointed kitchen. Great for families!!

This is a great place for a family!!! In a quiet neighborhood in a private setting and perfect for a family — spacious common areas and full kitchen with also a shower in each room. Wonderful beaches. About a 15min walk to Tamarindo in a very walkable and safe neighborhood. We all loved it!

A beautiful and peaceful stay far enough away yet also close enough to the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo. Many delicious local restaurants in Langosta with walking distance, fish and cheeses is a must try! The pool was amazing and the house was stocked with everything we would need. The design of the house is beautiful and the layout and rooms are very spacious. Lots of wildlife! Playa langosta is a great beach to be during the day and at sunset. Awesome stay and the host is responsive and helpful.

Gorgeous location, the beach is right across the street, small supermarket down the street, and a wonderfully private villa! Beds were comfortable, pool incredibly refreshing after a hot day. Would absolutely stay again!

The house at Playa Longasta exceeded our expectations- our group of 5 adults and 2 kids were very comfortable. We loved the warm, clean, private pool and it’s morning and evening shade. We loved seeing the crabs on the beach and all the birds and squirrels in the area. Walking to Tamarindo was easy, and if we didn’t feel like taking the 10-12 minutes, we just drove. We had very few questions or issues during our 9 day stay and anything we had was handled professionally and immediately. I was amazed they were even able to swap our whole kitchen fridge out within just a couple hours after it unexpectedly failed. We loved the privacy of the rockier beach in Playa Longasta and the sandy beach of Tamarindo just down the street - where we had surfing lessons - and really enjoyed the estuary tour. A chocolate tasting just outside of town was also excellent. We used the house as a home base for longer day trips and we were all exceptionally comfortable.
