The Space

On the ground floor, you'll find a roomy lounge area equipped with TV, cable, Wi-Fi, a well-stocked bookcase, and board games. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar and dining space. Also on this level is a twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom.

The first floor houses the main ensuite bedroom, which opens onto a wide terrace that spans the villa. This terrace connects to the second beachfront bedroom and the rear bedroom, both of which also have ensuite bathrooms.

Location

Situated at the edge of the national park, Casa Dorado is surrounded by tropical gardens and a pool within a small, private gated section of the park. The property provides direct access to the expansive and quiet Playa Grande beach.

The area is tranquil and frequented by local Costa Rican wildlife. It is conveniently accessible from Tamarindo, a small town with shops. A five-minute walk leads to estuary water taxis for crossing over, or alternatively, a five-minute stroll takes you to Palm Beach Estates, a small cul-de-sac featuring hotel bars and restaurants.

Additional Accommodation

For larger groups, there is an attached private apartment available exclusively with Casa Dorado. This apartment includes a mezzanine double bed, kitchen, and bathroom.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire casa, including the gardens and pool, with direct access to the large, peaceful Playa Grande beach.

Important Notes

Please be aware that from October to mid-March, there are nighttime restrictions on the beach to protect the Leatherback turtle nesting season.
