The Space

This spacious villa is situated within a private residential community in Cancún’s Hotel Zone, combining privacy, comfort, generous living areas, and an excellent location.

The beach is approximately 40 steps from the property and offers free, direct access. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the Caribbean Sea.

With approximately 360 square meters of bright interior space, the villa is designed for comfort and functionality. It includes:

• A large living and dining room for spending time with family and friends
• A recently renovated, fully equipped kitchen
• Four bedrooms, each with a full en-suite bathroom
• A television room with a queen-size sofa bed
• Two private outdoor terraces

The television room’s queen-size sofa bed provides additional sleeping capacity.

Cleaning Service

Additional cleaning is available upon request, subject to availability, and for an extra charge. Please request this service in advance.

Visitors

All visitors must be reported in advance. Please provide the names of anyone who will be arriving so that security can be properly notified.

Electricity

Electricity costs in the area can be high because of air-conditioning use. The owner covers USD 10 per day toward electricity consumption.

Upon arrival:

1. A photo of the electricity meter will be taken.
2. The initial reading will be provided to you in writing.
3. At the end of your stay, a second meter photo will be taken to calculate your consumption.

If the USD 10 daily allowance covers your usage, the cash deposit provided at check-in will be returned in full. If consumption exceeds the allowance, the difference will be deducted from the deposit.

When air conditioning is used responsibly—for example, by keeping doors and windows closed while it is running—the included amount is usually more than sufficient. We recommend turning off the air conditioning when leaving the house or whenever it is not needed.

Supplies

The property is offered as a vacation rental and does not include hotel-style services.

For your convenience, the house includes a selection of basic starter supplies in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry area for the beginning of your stay. Guests may purchase additional items according to their personal needs.
