- Failure to comply with air conditioner rules may result in an additional charge between 500 and 1,000 MXN at the host’s discretion

- Pool will be treated with chemicals at 10 pm on the last day of stay; guests may use the pool the following day until noon
- Pets are allowed but must not be left alone on beds or armchairs; if detected, an additional cleaning and electricity fee of 500 MXN will apply
- Pets cannot be left unattended in the unit; guests are responsible for providing a resting place for their pets

Nos gustó mucho la estancia, desde el momento uno nos atendieron con amabilidad, dejaron instrucciones claras para llegar al domicilio, abrir la casa y tener todo en orden. Es una zona muy limpia, tranquila, accesible a la playa. Las amenidades son tal cual se describen y el lugar es tan hermoso que te hace sentir en casa. Sin duda volveríamos, lo recomendamos para disfrutar de Acapulco. 💯

Es una villa perfecta para varias personas, las habitaciones son cómodas e idénticas a las fotos, es limpia y agradable para pasar varios días en ella, lo único que mejoraría sería que la alberca estuvo turbia por un día entero, aunque al comunicarme con el anfitrión se resolvió y todo lo demás estuvo muy bien, muy buena comunicación y zona, el Oxxo en la esquina saca de muchos apuros, yo le doy un 9.99/10

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, aparte de que esta tal cual en las fotos, el anfitrión muy atento y muy accesible, aparte de que la casa estuvo siempre muy limpia.

Todo fue excelente! Desde la ubicación, alojamiento, comunicación con la anfitriona, la limpieza, todo fue fantástico, nos alojamos con mi familia, siempre estuvieron al pendiente de nosotros y lo que necesitáramos. Las camas son muy cómodas, las habitaciones se enfrían muy rápido con el aire acondicionado y los niños se la pasaron casi todo el día en la alberca, hicimos de comer para los días que nos quedaríamos y todo fue suficiente. Regresaremos sin duda alguna! Gracias por todo!

El lugar es bonito, la alberca tiene buen tamaño pero le hace falta un gran mantenimiento ya que toda la orilla está llena como de hongo y le faltan muchos azulejos que pueden ocasionar accidentes. El lugar es bastante amplio. Hay muchas hormigas tanto afuera como dentro de la casa, incluso de una de las habitación había hormigas en la cama, el personal que acude a hacer el aseo es muy amable y el anfitrión te responde muy rápido en caso de cualquier duda o imprevisto.

Lugar muy bonito para pasar en familia, diario hacen el aseo excepto lavar trastes, la zona es bonita, hay un Oxxo en la esquina, la alberca de buen tamaño y limpia

Una gran estancia! Tal cual se ve en las fotos y la alberca súper limpia, parece que va a estar fría, pero el agua estaba incluso tibia. Seguro regresaremos!
