- The larger area features four bedrooms arranged along a spacious corridor.
- The corridor allows natural light and sea breezes to circulate throughout the home.
- The smaller area includes the kitchen, barbecue area, dining room, living room, and hammocks.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The contemporary kitchen combines cement and wood and is fully equipped for preparing and enjoying meals. An outdoor grill is also available for charcoal cooking.
The dining area features a polished concrete table and offers an ideal setting for sharing special moments while enjoying views of the beach.
Outdoor Areas
Relax by the pool and enjoy the sunshine and ocean breeze. The outdoor surroundings provide a peaceful place to unwind after a day at the beach while taking in the natural beauty of the area.
Location
The property is located directly in front of the beach, providing quick and easy access to the sand and sea while maintaining a sense of privacy.
For adventurous families, the famous Bocana de Barra de Santiago is located 3 kilometers away. It can be visited with a four-wheel-drive vehicle.
A four-wheel-drive vehicle is not required to reach the property; a sedan can access it comfortably.
Additional Services and Activities
- Raymundo and his wife, Silvia, provide daily cleaning of the property’s corridors.
- Bedrooms and the kitchen are cleaned between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
- Cleaning is included in the rate.
- A dedicated cook can be hired for $30 per day. This service must be arranged sufficiently in advance to confirm availability and does not include ingredients.
- Relaxing one-hour massages are available for $35.
- Boat tours are available from abroad, 100 meters from the house.
- Available activities include crocodile watching, the Shasca's Enchanted Island tour, and Bocana tours.

We, two families with 5 children, spent four wonderful nights here right on the beach. The location is perfect! The outdoor area invites you to relax, and the rooms are also sufficiently large. Janet, the cook, spoiled us with her delicious food during our stay. We enjoyed the time here to the fullest and would be happy to come back!

We loved our stay at this location. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. We took a tour of the mangroves nearby. The house is right on the beach, and it has an open layout perfect for spending time outdoors. The host was responsive and flexible. Raymundo, the caretaker, was friendly and helpful.

The property is very spacious, beautiful and ideal because of the space. There were 10 adults, 3 children and a pet, and we stayed for 3 nights and were very comfortable. The beach is beautiful and feels very private. Although upon arrival we had some problems with the cleanliness of the kitchen and bathrooms, José Roberto was very responsive to our comments and resolved the problem as soon as he could. In addition, Mr. Reymundo was very helpful at all times. Overall, a very nice stay.

This is a lovely place, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Although the weather prevented us from taking full advantage of everything the property offers, the experience was still wonderful. Raymundo and his family were exceptional co-hosts—friendly, thoughtful, and always willing to help. Their kindness and hospitality made a lasting impression on us. This place was absolutely AMAZING! I absolutely loved everything about this place! Peaceful, quiet, relaxing! The view was to die for, hearing the waves at night as we were having breakfast, lunch & dinner was such a magical experience! Janet cooked for us every single day, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We stayed there Monday through Friday. She was amazing. She asked us what we wanted to eat, and she made it immediately, anything that we asked for, she made it. The beds were amazing. The AC was amazing. Everything was amazing. I totally recommend this place for families. You will not regret it!! I got to relax, lay in a hammock, swim as I pleased, go to the beach (right out front) someone cooked for us daily, amazing restaurants, close by to eat!! Janet recommended an amazing restaurant that was right on the ocean with spectacular food! I even got a massage daily!!!
