The Space

The villa incorporates sustainable design throughout, featuring an open-air concept, a green roof, energy-efficient glass, a saltwater infinity pool, and energy-efficient appliances. Spanning over 4,800 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, this five-bedroom, three-bathroom villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. Each bedroom includes its own air conditioning unit.

Situated on the Nicoya Peninsula, one of only five Blue Zones worldwide, the area promotes longevity and well-being. The villa is perched on Nosara’s Gold Coast hillside, offering breathtaking ocean views. Located within a highly private, eco-conscious community inside the Ostional Wildlife Refuge—home to the protected nesting sites of the olive ridley sea turtle—the setting is one of the most pristine and untouched natural environments globally.

The villa is a 15-mile scenic drive from the center of Nosara, where all essential amenities are easily accessible.

Beaches

The nearby Pacific beaches feature warm water year-round (above 80°F), soft white sand, and gentle slopes, making them perfect for swimming, boogie boarding, bodyboarding, and surfing.

Getting Around

Given the villa’s location within the Costa Rican jungle, a 4x4 SUV is recommended for transportation. The roads are jungle terrain, and our onsite management team can assist with coordinating transportation or arranging SUV rentals through a trusted local vendor, known as the best car rental service in Costa Rica.

For convenience, we suggest using our preferred airport shuttle service from Liberia Airport to the villa. The cost is $180 for 1 to 4 people, plus $10 for each additional passenger (one way). Onsite management can also arrange delivery of your 4x4 SUV rental directly to the villa.

To ensure all guests enjoy a consistent experience, we enforce a ‘Leave No Trace’ policy. The villa is professionally cleaned before each stay, and enhanced cleaning protocols are in place for your comfort.

Guest Code of Conduct & Mutual Respect

To maintain the integrity of our community and provide an authentic local experience, guests must adhere to our Guest Code of Conduct, detailed in the rental agreement available before booking.

The primary guest must acknowledge and agree to this code within seven days of reservation.

We enforce zero tolerance for violations, which may result in denied entry or immediate eviction without refund.

A security hold of up to $1,000 may be placed on the primary guest’s credit card 48 hours before check-in until after inspection following check-out. This hold covers damages, additional security, and cleaning costs related to violations of the ‘Leave No Trace’ policy.

We believe this transparency fosters mutual respect and enhances your authentic Costa Rican experience.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire villa.

For an additional $15 per person per day, guests aged 18 and over can access the private beach club in Playa Azul, which includes pools, restaurants, bars, and a private beach.

Leave No Trace Policy

While deep cleaning is not required, guests are expected to leave the villa tidy by:

• Properly disposing of garbage, recycling, and compost
• Cleaning and storing cookware
• Loading used dinnerware and glassware into the dishwasher
• Returning furniture, linens, and towels to their original places
