Important Details
- Extra guest fees: Reservations include access for 12 guests. For groups of 13 or 14, the community charges a mandatory fee of $50 per person, per stay. This fee is paid directly to security upon arrival.
- Age requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- Connectivity: A Smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided. Cable service is not available.

We had two of our families staying together in this home with many children. The location was clean, spacious, and very conveniently located for both beach and pool accessibility! One of the maintenance guys was still trying to fix one of the furniture pieces that ended up being damaged from the previous guests. He was very sweet & extremely friendly letting us know that he will reach out to the owners and let them know about the issue. We absolutely love staying in Costa Diamante and always choose a home in the community due to its gated entrance and security. I would definitely stay here again and happily recommend it to anyone looking for a place in this area!

We absolutely loved this house! Private ACs and bathrooms for all of the bedrooms were a huge plus for our group. Beds and linens were comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could need - including plastic cups that are great to take to the pool. The pool on property is a great alternative to the beach when you don’t feel like carrying all of your chairs and supplies down. Both pool and beach are very short walks. Community was quiet and friendly, guards at the gates were kind and helpful. If anything, just bring your own shampoo, laundry detergent and extra paper towels.

We enjoyed our stay with plenty of room. The space allowed us to not be on top of each other too much with our own bathrooms in each room which is extremely helpful on a girls’ trip! Security was super friendly and helped us get taxis when we wanted to go out. The walk to the beach was so easy. There is some wear and tear that is normal by the beach, like rust in the showers and on doors. The AC units in each room was amazing.

10/10 property in Rocky Point! This was our first time making the drive down from PHX and it was amazing. This property is extremely safe, and you have to go through two security checkpoints to the house which didn’t feel excessive. Exclusive feels like a better word. It’s located in the nice area of Rocky point nestled between two resorts. Our favorite part was because we were in the middle between two resorts, we were a far enough walk away that there wasn’t a lot of beach traffic! Even on a busy Labor Day weekend we literally had no one around us on the beach! One of my favorite beaches I’ve been too. I was expecting it to be rocky but the sand was incredible and soft, the water was warm, and everyone loved hunting for the beautiful seashells! The house was great. Beds were comfortable. It was more than spacious enough for 8 adults (although that’s probably the max it can sleep). The AC worked great!! We had a few issues with the wifi but nothing major. We would 100% visit again.
