Guest Access
This private, single-family beachfront home is yours to enjoy during your stay. Please note that the property is located on a shared private drive.
All gates must remain closed at all times to keep the aggressive snack-seeking cows out of the gardens.
One parking space is available for a midsize car. Additional vehicles must park above the property, outside the main gate.
Additional Information
La Ventana is located where the Sonoran Desert meets the Sea of Cortez. From November through April, evenings can become quite chilly after the sun sets behind the Cacachila Mountains. Please bring comfortable, warm clothing for cool desert nights.

My family and I really enjoyed the house. It has a prime location right on the ocean, which you can see from your bed. The house is full of details that make your stay the best. When we arrived, they welcomed us with some cold beers in the refrigerator. Thank you. The kitchen is more than equipped, super comfortable beds, patio with barbecue and ocean views. Without hesitation, I highly recommend it. We hope to return soon.

We had a great 5-night stay. Everything was exactly as advertised. Fantastic location. Steps to the beach, beautiful vies from the home and easy walk to a handful of restaurants and bars. Sami is also a wonderful and very responsive host.

One word pretty much sums it up, waterfront. Location is awesome. House was exactly as advertised, beds all comfortable. No issues, during stay. We enjoyed our stay and would to stay there again

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the perfect location on the beach to be able to Kite from the house. The views were incredible. It has a very convenient location. We certainly will try to return.

Amazing spot, particularly for wind lovers during the windy season. But even then, it's super still until 11 and after 5 every day. Perfectly picturesque right from the house.

Best house in La Ventana! Absolutely, stunningly beautiful. Sami was a wonderful host and went the extra mile in recommending a physician in the area after I pulled a muscle. I can't praise the location and house enough.
