Guest Access and Services
Cleaning and cook service are included in the nightly rate and are available from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Heating the jacuzzi costs an additional $500 per day. To avoid excessive energy consumption, we recommend requesting that the jacuzzi be heated two hours before use.
Internet service in the area may be interrupted during the rainy season.
Important Information
- Security cameras monitor the property’s perimeter. There are no cameras inside the house or directed toward interior areas.
- Identification documents for every guest must be provided before check-in to grant access to the property. Photos may be sent through Airbnb.

The house is great, we especially enjoyed the terrace and the garden views. The people working at the house are super kind and helpful. We felt like visiting close friends. The rooms are a bit cold but they gave us a heater that really helped.

Terrible experience. A series of anomalies. Starting that the owner was very rude. Spider in the bathroom Towels are not washed and dried in the sun every day Cold in Rooms Damaged swing. We had an accident with a child. Rude attitude from the owner Jacuzzi cleaning Dirty Kitchen Humidity throughout the house Poor water in the showers Cooking utensils are missing House pets (cats) hair everywhere and they ate our meat. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT. THE PRICE IS VERY HIGH FOR WHAT IT IS

The house was very comfortable and clean, just like in the photos. The location is excellent, 5 minutes by car from Avandaro. Arely was excellent! The communication was perfect, always very attentive and responded quickly to any questions. Overall, a very pleasant stay, no hassle. I would definitely stay again.

The house is very nice and very spacious, perfect for a weekend break, they leave you enough blankets for the cold, the The dining room is spacious for a large family, the parking lot is large, the lady who does the cleaning and cooks for you is super friendly. The only thing is that there is a little humidity, for us it was no problem. The location is very good, it is very close to downtown Avandaro and is easily accessible.
