For reservations with 1 or 2 guests, one bedroom is normally made available, and you may choose which one you prefer. If you need both bedrooms, you can request access in advance for an additional fee.

Important Information
León has a hot, humid climate. Air conditioning is available in both bedrooms, while the common areas have fans.
The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. To respect our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

- Parties are not permitted
- Unregistered visitors are not permitted
- Any visitor staying after 10:00 p.m. must be registered as a guest and pay the applicable fee
- Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.
Please turn off the lights and air conditioning when they are not in use. This helps us care for the house and keep operating costs reasonable.

The place is the same or better than the pictures! And the hosts make the stay wonderful. The place is central and close to everything. The rooms, the bathrooms, everything is very clean and tidy. I would recommend it 100%. The price is a real bargain for everything it offers.

The amenities were great (nice dishes and a lot of attention to detail in general), and we had a great time in León. Even when we had problems, the very nice hosts immediately helped us on site at any time of the day (shower head, stove). Thank you very much, Yadira and Erick! The sweets, which were put together for us with great care, were also exceptional and delicious! We were also allowed to check in to the Airbnb early, which we really appreciated. However, we were in León during an unusually hot period, and the temperatures never got cool. Therefore, despite fans and large windows, it was not possible to stay in the kitchen or living area, which the hosts could not help, but it is still important to know (there is no air-conditioning in this area). However, the bedrooms each have air conditioning, and you can cool down. However, we can only recommend this Airbnb. 😊

Absolutely fantastic stay in Leon. The hosts were very responsive and really proactive. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and work with us when our plans unexpectedly changed. We felt right at home. The Airbnb was super clean, convenient and had all the amenities we needed. 10/10, would love to stay here again. Thank you!

It's definitely the best Airbnb I've ever visited. It's centrally located, very comfortable, cozy, welcoming, and more than perfect in terms of cleanliness. Yadira and Erick are incredibly attentive and helpful. Their care gives the apartment extra value. Without hesitation, I have to go back to enjoy Happy House again.
