Villa in Cancún

It's an awesome place! In the hotel zone, on a quieter street and with a view of the water. Had an issue getting out of the airport and Adrian waited for us to check in without complaining. He also let us check out a bit late with no issue. It's walking distance from the ferry to Isla Mujeres. Breakfast being included and daily cleaning were also fantastic! Overall I would strongly recommend staying here.

We had the loveliest time staying at this house. We had a group of 6 girls, and we felt so safe and comfortable here. The host (Adrian) was exceptionally responsive, and helped us coordinate airport transfers and a private chef dinner in the house for reasonable prices. Marbella came every morning and made an amazing breakfast and helped us clean up. We were right down the street from the main road where we could catch the bus to the hotel zone, but we felt very safe the whole time. I highly recommend :)

omg when i say this is the most accommodating air bnb i have ever stayed, the location was close to everything, the house is so immaculate and spacious, the host was the best host i have dealt with ever. The greeting from the host once we arrived was so welcoming!! The lady that comes in to cook and clean was no problem and was just as nice and accommodating. Definitely 10out of 10!! i just want to thank you for my my birthday weekend the best Cinco de Mayo ever.. I will definitely come back to stay here ever time I am in Cancún.

All was good. Only outward transportation was late on the last. It was another company’s problem.

Super helpful, communicative hosts. Villa is beautiful and exactly as described. Came with a group of 8 for a friend’s 25th and had the best stay! Location is also great - walkable to the beach and a 5-10 min drive to restaurants and nightlife. Highly recommend!

Bellísima propiedad, lo que se ve en fotos es lo que obtienes. Mi familia y yo nos encontramos muy agradecidos con Carla, Sebastian y el personal que nos asistió en casa consintiéndonos con desayunos y manteniendo la propiedad inmaculada diariamente. Todo fue excelente y nos encantaría volver. Mi parte favorita fue sentarme con con mi abuela en la mesita exterior por las mañanas a tomar cafe y ver pasar los botes y jet skis.

this villa is in such a great location. faces the lagoon and you can see beautiful sunsets each night. the hosts were responsive and really friendly. if you had any questions, they are always helpful. great Villa and great people!

Spacious rooms, lovely breakfast, and close enough to hotel zone and restaurant but far away enough from the chaos. We had a fantastic time!

We booked this property for a bachelorette trip and had a wonderful time! The hosts were very responsive and flexible, and the property was spacious and beautiful. Easy access to the bus station which allowed us to get into the main Hotel Zone strip. The housekeeper was also very sweet. She doesn’t speak English but we were able to communicate through gestures and some very basic Spanish on our part. Would definitely recommend this property to other groups!
