The Space

• Maximum capacity: 12 guests
• The base rate includes 9 guests.
• Each additional guest, starting with the 10th, is charged COP 90,000 per person per night. This fee is applied automatically by the system.

Cleaning Staff

• Cleaning staff are available for an additional charge of COP 85,000 per day.
• For groups of more than 7 guests, two staff members are required to assist with meals and cleaning. Each staff member costs COP 85,000 per day.

Pets

Pets are welcome provided they relieve themselves outdoors and stay off the furniture.
