The space The reservation includes the cleaning service at your departure, if you want to implement the service during your stay, it has a daily cost of $500MX

The apartment is fully equipped. As for towels, there are enough bath, hand, face and beach or pool towels. The latter are white and embroidered with the Residencial logo and the apartment number. You must take care of them and return them to the apartment. If they are lost, they cost $450 each.

They also have bath, hand and dish soap.

Guest access La Torre Bali is privileged for its direct beach access. The palapa, lounge chairs and chairs service has no additional cost.

Both in the beach awnings area and in all the pools you have snack bar service at very affordable prices, payment is with the Department's consumer card. Upon arrival, at check-in at the Bali Tower Reception, you will be provided with a consumer card to which cash can be paid for purchases at the restaurant and snack bar. Upon check-out, your credit balance will be refunded.

The apartment has two assigned parking spaces. If you have more vehicles, and depending on availability, you can use visitor spaces at no additional cost.

POOLS AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE RESIDENTIAL AREA In addition to the Bali Tower pool, you can use the pools of the other towers C, E, F, G, H, I, J (Capri, Emerald, Fiji, Grand Cayman, Hawaii, Ibiza and Java), at no additional cost.

You can also enjoy the relaxation pool and swimming lane in the Club House, slow river for children and adults behind the Ibiza Tower, (use of inflatables of any size) and splash pools for children.

Behind the Ibiza Tower there is a pool with very fun slides!

You can get around in the authorized carts to see and enjoy the services throughout the residential complex. At the end of the Java Tower there is an exit and direct access to the La Isla Shopping Mall.

You can use the bike, walking or running track around the Grand Cayman, Hawaii, Ibiza and Java towers.

Other things to note IMPORTANT Acapulco has experienced high-impact natural disasters such as Hurricane OTIS in October 2023 and John in 2024. Its inhabitants live from tourism, and are good and hard-working people. We appeal to our guests' sensitivity to understand some details of remodeling and deterioration that can be seen in areas of the residential complex, as well as in avenues and surrounding communities. SOME TIPS FOR THE PROPER OPERATION OF THE A/C AND SAVING ELECTRICITY:

The cost of the reservation includes $400 per night of electricity, equivalent to 99.2 kw/h. If this consumption is exceeded, you must top up in the lobby of the Bali tower. Each kW/h costs $4.00 (four pesos) MXN.

Each bedroom and the living room-dining room-kitchen have their own air conditioning control, and doors and windows must be closed for their use, thus preventing the condensers from breaking down.

Do not ask each control for less than 22 degrees Celsius.

The FAN option must always be in AUTO, never in ON, because it would work as a fan that moves hot air and will not allow the automatic AC to work.

During the day we suggest using the ceiling fans in the rooms, opening the gates to enjoy the sea air, and turning off the AC. Be very careful with strong air and doors that whip and break the frames.

If you go out to the beach and pool areas for several hours, we ask you to turn off the AC to avoid overloading the system and exceeding the stipulated consumption.

During the early morning, before going to the bedrooms, it is important to turn off the AC in the living room-kitchen.
