The Space
This Mediterranean-style home is ideal for group vacations and unforgettable family retreats. The open-concept living areas overlook the pool, as do the ground-floor bedrooms. The roomy kitchen offers an excellent space for cooking, or you can prepare meals on the full-sized, poolside barbecue.
The master bedroom includes a dedicated workspace filled with natural light. The lofted bunk bed in the children's room is always popular. Every bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet.
The outdoor pool and entertainment area provide views of the 6th fairway on the Hacienda golf course. The outdoor space includes plenty of shaded areas, allowing everyone in the home to relax comfortably throughout the day.
Location and Access
This property is located within Hacienda Pinilla, a vast estate covering over 4,200 acres. Guests receive access to the Beach Club as part of the renters package, which now costs $5 per person (no longer a consumable credit, a change from previous years).
Please note that all guests require permission to enter Hacienda Pinilla, which must be arranged through the host in advance to be approved at the front security gate.

Additional Information
We recommend stocking up on groceries before arriving, especially after a long journey, as Hacienda Pinilla is extensive and driving within the property can be time-consuming.

Our stay in Hacienda Pinilla was really great. We had a fantastic family reunion. The house was lovely but the exceptional part was the outdoor living space. Everything was very comfortable and the owner was very kind and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing house and host. Have stayed here other times and there’s always an improvement. It now has a ping pong table which was a hit. Jessica is super responsive and helpful. Would love to stay here again

The common areas are quite large, and the rooms are also super spacious. Overall everything was good, the recommendations of local restaurants with delivery helped us a lot.

My second time staying at this Villa! We decided to bring my daughters and grandchildren so they could experience a part of Costa Rica. The kids loved the pool and enjoyed the beach. Best part of our vacation was the Chefs I hired to cook dinners for us, Chef Felix & Chef Arlen. Villa was perfect for multi generations to enjoy!

This house was perfect for our two families. Lots of space, very private. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We loved the mini golf, ping pong and the pool too. We also used the beach club which was fantastic. Jessi was responsive and very helpful. We would 100% rent this house again
