Pool and Jacuzzi Heating
- Optional boiler service:
- $1,500 for the first night, payable one day before arrival by card using the number provided.
- $800 for each subsequent night.
- When you arrive, the pool and jacuzzi will be at a very pleasant temperature.
Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in: From 12:00 noon, subject to availability.
- Check-out: 2:00 p.m.
- Late check-out: $250.
Events
Events may be permitted depending on the type of event and the number of guests. An additional charge may apply.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire house. Only certain drawers and closets are kept locked; everything else may be used freely.
If you need closet space to hang clothing, please let us know in advance and we will provide it.

This is the third house I've rented in Lomas de Cocoyoc because I've always liked the area. And to date, it's undoubtedly the best I've experienced. There are two key points to highlight in particular: the cleanliness and the smooth communication with the hosts, who were always attentive. I definitely want to go back to Lomas and stay at this house.

Luis and Rosy were very friendly and accessible! Always attentive and helpful. This home is highly recommended. I had an amazing weekend with my family. Definitely return soon. The service from Luis and his mom was impeccable. Always attentive to everything and very friendly. This accommodation is definitely highly recommended. I swear you'll have a quiet weekend, to de-stress from work and super comfortable and cozy

A big shout out for Rosy, she was always available, super friendly and making us feeling like home. The place is great, big enough, nice backyard, nice pool, quiet. It was simply perfect. I liked a lot the check in timing that it’s a 12pm and the flexibility for the check out that it’s at 2pm and Rossy offered us to stay until 3pm. Wish you all the best guys and we will come back !
