The Space
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in Punta Banda, Ensenada, overlooking All Saints Bay. The back patio faces the ocean, while the front of the house overlooks the estuary.
This newer home is located near the tip of Lengueta Arenosa, a 7-mile sandbar, and offers 360-degree views of the ocean, bay, estuary, and the famous La Bufadora mountain. Large floor-to-ceiling windows provide unobstructed ocean views, while the open terrace offers panoramic views of the sea and mountains.
The home is adjacent to the Punta Banda Estuary, which extends into Todos Santos (All Saints) Bay. The surrounding area is ideal for:
- Fishing
- Hiking
- Birdwatching, including migratory birds and various endangered species
- Kayaking
- Swimming
- Collecting seashells
- Relaxing on the white-golden sand
- Enjoying a beach bonfire directly off the beachfront patio
Location
The property is a short drive from La Bufadora and just down the road from Pai Pai ecotourist and animal conservation park.
The town has several restaurants and convenience stores, all within a short drive.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive use of the entire house, including:

- Living area
- Kitchen
- Two bathrooms
One private bedroom is not accessible to guests and is not listed. The owners are not on the premises.
Beach Equipment
Surfboards, beach chairs, a cooler, and other beach items are available for use during your stay. These items are located in the garage.
The canoe is not available for safety reasons.

The home is exactly as listed and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is a little remote, but the location is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The home itself is well-equipped, comfortable, and a great place to relax. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

This home was an amazing stay for our large family. First of all, the area is gorgeous, private, felt really secure and a little off the beaten path, which we loved. The kids loved the foosball, running back and forth from the beach and especially playing in the sand dunes right behind the house. The home was very clean and well kept. Nelda and Jesus also made a point to include little touches that really made an impact. Things like a picnic kit, beautiful serving and dish ware and lots of recreation stuff like sand toys, chairs and surfboards. Also, a very fully equipped kitchen, which we have not always experienced in some homes we have stayed in. The decor of the home was amazing and the views were unbeatable. We had dinner on the rooftop multiple nights and enjoyed the 360 view of the setting sun and the mountains on the other side. Nelda always responded to my messages and questions and was really helpful. This was a precious time with our family in a really wonderful home!
