The property is rented as a fully private loft within a gated compound that also contains several other residences, as well as the architecture offices of Alianz and Nebulae.
More than a place to stay, the loft offers an architectural experience. Its biobrutalist and retrofuturistic design creates a distinctive, almost otherworldly atmosphere for guests who appreciate bold architecture, thoughtful design, and spaces with a strong identity.

Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire loft, including:

The loft is located within a gated complex with additional green areas and shared outdoor spaces. These areas are available to guests unless otherwise indicated.
Access is provided through a keyless entry system. Entry instructions and access codes will be shared before arrival.
Other Things to Note
On Saturdays or Sundays, Eventos Laureal, an event venue located approximately 70 meters from the loft within the property, may host weddings or private events. These events are occasional and typically include up to four consecutive hours of music.
Weekend weddings may take place in the morning or afternoon. Afternoon weddings are limited to a maximum of four hours of music and must end no later than 9:00 p.m.
Special activities may also occasionally take place at Nebulae for selected events. These activities occur only on specific dates designated for special events, and guests will be informed in advance.

Very Beautiful home with great views, lighting and photo opportunities. Cozy stay, not very far from airport. The home is stunning. We also set up in home massages which was amazing. Initially the host was a little slow to respond but ended up circling back.

Here’s a warm, balanced Airbnb review you could leave: We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed this unique home. The architecture is beautiful, the house is well maintained, and everything was as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process very easy. We traveled with our two daughters and had a great time, but I would say the property is better suited for adults due to its design and layout. Families with young children may want to keep that in mind. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing stay. What a unique getaway. The open air concept is beautiful in the evenings and the bunnies were a really cool addition to the complex. The night atmosphere is so relaxing with the lighting inside the home. No complaints, as it was exactly as described. Just want to note that they are not kidding about the loud music on weekends. It’s literally in the backyard. But it was off by 10pm. I recommend checking it out if you need to be near the city

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. Everything about our experience was exceptional. The accommodations were stunning design and the outdoor spaces and lighting were breathtaking. We enjoyed relaxing massages and were grateful for the attentive and welcoming care from Eric and Fernanda. The bunnies ecosystem was absolutely cute, truly the best thing ever. We also appreciated how conveniently close it was to the airport. Despite being in a city area, once you passed through the gate, it felt like stepping into your own private world peaceful and secluded. We would absolutely love to return and stay at newest villas they have available and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway. Don’t miss visiting the bunnies. It was truly the best weekend ever.

Disappointing experience. Be aware that during our stay we were woken up at 6 am on a Saturday by construction work right outside the property. The construction was not disclosed by the host before or after booking. There was also a water outage during our stay. The property itself is nice, but it is much less private than the photos make it appear. It did not feel private at all, especially waking up in a glass house with construction workers directly outside the glass walls. For the price of this Airbnb, this was very disappointing and not the experience we expected.
