Perched high on the slopes overlooking the water, Villas Piedra Blanca features an elegant design with wood finishes, soaring ceilings, seamless indoor-outdoor living areas, and a spacious terrace with a dining area.
The property includes an event venue available for weddings and private celebrations. Villas Piedra Blanca is also well suited for bachelorette parties and retreats of all kinds, including business, yoga, and intimate birthday gatherings.

Location
Villas Piedra Blanca is located on the northern side of Sayulita, an iconic subtropical village on Mexico’s Pacific coast.
By golf cart or car, the nearest beach is approximately 3 minutes away, and the center of town is only a few minutes farther. On foot, the beach is approximately a 600-meter walk downhill.
Events
The upper garden area is available as an event venue for larger gatherings that include outside guests, subject to an additional fee and a minimum-stay requirement.
All areas of the property remain available to registered guests at all times. The event noise curfew is 11:00 p.m.
Jungle Environment
Sayulita is surrounded by jungle, so exotic animals may occasionally walk or fly around the property. Please remember that the villa is located in their natural habitat.
During the monsoon season, powerful thunderstorms may affect the local electrical grid, and power outages can occur.
Accessibility
The property is located on Nanzal Hill, a steep hillside overlooking the ocean. Access to Villa Piedra Blanca is via a steep road made of gravel, dirt, and cobblestones. A true four-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended for driving up to the property.
The walk up the hill requires physical effort and may be difficult for elderly guests with significant mobility limitations. Once on the property, guests will encounter steep driveways and stairs throughout Villas Piedra Blanca.
Guests with mobility issues or disabilities may find the venue challenging. However, the property regularly hosts weddings with guests of varying abilities, and many visitors appreciate the spectacular views and memorable setting.
Water Supply
The fresh-water supply delivered to the hill is limited by the town’s modest infrastructure. Additional water is transported to the property by truck to supplement the available containers.
Guests are asked to use water mindfully to help prevent the supply from running out unexpectedly.
Quiet Hours
Quiet Hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please respect nearby residents who are not on vacation.

Wow! I booked this villa to celebrate my 40th birthday with friends. The host is amazing, responsive, and accommodating. The property is absolutely gorgeous, the photos don’t do it justice. The houses are pristine clean, and the three pools are absolutely stunning. It was comforting, having a gated property that was secure. Yarib and her team were also very accommodating with our grocery and kitchen stocking request. We rented golf carts from Gabby golf carts, which was seamless. We also had a a few vendors come to the house during our stay - a private chef dinner, yoga, massage and bartender. All were very professional and fun! Just one thing to note that the majority of these services were paid in cash so be prepared to have cash on hand. Lastly, we definitely experienced some Tropical storms while we were there, but the house is set up with a generator and well equipped. We had a blast and would absolutely stay here again!

This was an incredible spot for our group stay! We had 14 people, and the layout worked perfectly. The property included two separate houses connected by a backyard, plus a cabana, so it felt very roomy. One thing to note: renting golf carts is not optional. The hill is very steep, and getting luggage up and down without them would be tough. We rented with the company Yarib recommended and had a great experience. That said, being up on the hill was one of the best parts—it felt very private, safe, and secluded, and the views were unbeatable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back!

Such a dope place. Very spacious for large groups and you can all have your own little space at the property, took me like 10 minutes to find my friend. Highly recommend and had a great time there

The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious, and very comfortable with three fantastic pools. The house manager and the owner, Yarib, were wonderful and very responsive. The only reason for the 4-star rating was our arrival experience. We traveled with a large group and a lot of luggage, and our van was unable to make it up the very steep driveway. After a long day of traveling, we had to carry heavy suitcases and groceries up the steep uphill driveway, which is about 70 yards long. This was especially challenging since I was traveling with my elderly great aunt, who became quite out of breath. I would caution anyone bringing elderly guests or those with mobility issues. Additionally, there was construction taking place during our stay. Because of the noise and the workers positioned above the pool area with a clear view, we didn’t feel comfortable using the pool with the otherwise amazing view. Aside from these issues, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at the villa was incredible! You can't beat the views overlooking the coast and downtown Sayulita. Loved the palapa and pools to hang out and have dinners. Perfect set-up for our large group. All communication was quick and responsive and they kept it very clean during our stay. The hill is pretty intense but they do a good job of making you aware. Great place to stay!

The house is beautiful but it is a bit difficult to access because the streets are steep, with 4x4 there was no problem, other cars have a harder time. The views are spectacular, and the pools are very nice. I don't recommend going with seniors or people with disabilities, accessibility is very complicated for them. The house is very clean and fresh inside. There are insects outside but nothing unusual because it is a jungle area. I recommend bringing repellent :) Some air conditioners above the beds drip cold water a little, nothing serious, but it may surprise you. But it's amazing to have air conditioning throughout the house! During storms the power can go out, it happened to us, so be careful during the season. We really enjoyed our stay, we would go again. Thank you!

Yarib house was beautiful! The property manager Martin was fantastic and communicated well. It is a trek to get down to town but doable. House itself was big and spacious and able to accommodate 13 girls for our bachelorette party. Thanks again!

This house is as advertised, a wonderful home for lots of people, with different outdoor areas to hang out, an unbeatable view of the bay, maid service that kept the place spotless and a very attentive house manager who responded to all our questions.

Truly enjoyed our stay! Place is spacious, clean and offered everything we need. Pictures were accurate and every space was clean. Yarib was proactive and responded in a timely matter. It is high up on a hill, but that was not an issue for our specific group.
