The location is about 18 minutes from Panama Pacifico, where there are supermarkets and restaurants. We loved the number of rooms, which made our family stay comfortable since there were 8 adults and 2 girls. Having a pool at the house was GREAT, and being able to go to the beach too. Plenty of towels and well-maintained gardens. Just improve the musty smell in some of the rooms and some maintenance details in the bathrooms. The kitchen is comfortable and the house is spacious for family groups. Good air conditioning and privacy. The host was always friendly and helpful and also made us feel supported, always with help and recommendations.

Irving was a great host very attentive and helpful . He made hiring a chef and decorator very seamless for me and my family . He has connections to everything !! The House is nice and comfortable.

The house is beautiful, spacious, and well equipped. I loved the gardens and the ocean view. We celebrated my mother's 71st birthday as a family; we were all comfortable and enjoyed the pool and terrace. Recommended.

We had an Awesome time at the ABNB. it was the perfect getaway spot. The house was clean. The backyard was awesome. The pool was perfect. And the ocean view was phenomenal. The front of the house reminded me of a movie that I once saw. It was pristine yet gangster 😎.. The electricity shut off on us one time for a few hours but that was uncontrollable. It was a town outage. We had a problem with the water a few times but it was taken care of immediately. Overall 9.8 out of 10. I would definitely rent this house again. Grillin and Chillin 😎

Overall, we had a great week in Panama. We loved the outdoor patio and pool area. The spacious table and chairs were perfect for our group of 10. The size of the villa was great. Having 7 bathrooms was great. I was disappointed in the condition of the home. It looked pristine in the photos online, but had marred doors, a broken kitchen cabinet, and sparse supplies. None of the beds had mattress pads. One of the rooms had a strong mildew odor and the person who stayed in there developed a cough which worsened throughout the week. Perhaps some dehumidifiers would be helpful. Cockroach in 1 bathroom, ants in 2 bathrooms, no shower door or curtain in 1 bathroom, and no fire pit as advertised. Raphael was amazing as we had to contact him every day, sometimes multiple times because we didn't have electricity or water on several occasions. One night we went all night without water and had to use pool water to flush toilets. Raphael was very prompt and attentive to our needs.

I went with my family and friends to celebrate my 50th birthday and the truth is that the place was excellent for the party and the communication with Irving and Rafael was excellent

We loved this house and especially the backyard. The pool and being so close to the ocean was just amazing. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The host even help with planning our getaway from restaurants to trips to Minyan. All in all we had a great time and would return for our next stay.
