Loved this airbnb- less than a 5-minute walk to the beach and all of the restaurants/bars/shops of Tamarindo. Tracy also gave recommendations for local restaurants and excursions (1 of which we went on and it was great). Our stay was great and the communication and recommendations made the trip even better

Truly Wonderful!! I was greeted by Ale upon arrival. Thankful for her help in getting me in touch with trusted and reliable transportation as well as tours I was interested in. Ale also provided me with community events and restaurant suggestions Secure property with comfortable bed and great shower. Super close to everything you could need and Playa Tamarindo.

Loved it here. Location was right in town and just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The location was tucked away just enough to be quiet as well. The place had very high ceilings which was a plus and it was great to have access to a pool, a grill, and even laundry. Tracy was also great during the stay as she let me know about things going on in the area - farmers market was great! She was also able to assist with finding me a ride to the airport. Overall, couldn't have asked for a better experience. I hope to be back soon.

This place was great - highly recommend if you’re coming to Tamarindo! Ale (property manager) was kind, communicative, and provided a high level of service. My partner and I very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Newt. The beach, as well as shops and restaurants, were all within walking distance. The pool was a highlight - we started and ended our day there, listening to the birds and enjoying the atmosphere. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here!

We loved staying at Tracey’s place! It was so close to the beach, we were able to pickup and go wherever we wanted. A wonderful touch was all the books we could borrow during our stay. Tracey was very responsive when we had questions and we would definitely book again!

Casa Newt was amazing! The location is great - it's in the center of town but it's still quiet. Super short walk to the beach was amazing. AC blew cold and the pool was great. I couldn't possibly ask for a better stay in Tamarindo.

Tracy and team were very responsive, we had a few house keeping/ mtce requests when we first arrived and they were dealt with immediately enabling us to completely enjoy our stay without any other worry. The beach was very close, beach towels were appreciated and we loved that the beach chairs were provided as well.

A very nice place; it's in the center of Tamarindo, and you can walk to the beach. The Airbnb is spacious and has a very nice area, ideal for spending a few great days enjoying the beach.

This apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The bed was so comfortable. We loved hanging out by the pool and the central location. The host was so kind and responsive and let us store our bags for a few hours before check in. I would definitely stay here again!
