Overview

Casa Marina Azul offers a prime front-row view of the Pacific Ocean and San Juan del Sur Bay. It is the only unit located on the 5th floor in town, providing a top-level beachfront experience in a charming, friendly, and walkable community. The unit is peaceful and quiet thanks to double-pane windows, and it features a full kitchen and air conditioning. Guests can enjoy the fastest fiber-optic Wi-Fi available. The building has 24-hour security and maintains a strict no-pets policy. Restaurants and coffee shops are just steps away. Please note, there is no elevator in the building.

The Space

This recently remodeled unit (2022) stands above the rest with exceptional harbor views visible from the living room, kitchen, and workspace. The bedroom overlooks the main street along the beach and the nearby green hillsides, which turn brown during the dry season.

The unit is not suitable for children as it is designed specifically for digital nomads. It offers the fastest and most reliable fiber-optic internet in town and ergonomic seating ideal for guests under 6 feet tall.

Casa Marina Azul is decorated with beautiful local artwork and large wall maps of Nicaragua, Central America, and the world. The ocean-view balcony is perfect for relaxing and watching stunning sunsets.

The building is secure with on-site staff available 24/7. A backup generator ensures power during outages. The master bedroom has double-pane windows to minimize noise from weekend parties, a feature unique to this unit. The master bathroom includes a bathtub.

The second bedroom does not have double-pane windows, so guests staying there should be aware of potential noise and consider bringing earplugs.

All living areas have air conditioning and ceiling fans, with no extra charge for electricity. Guests are asked to keep blinds closed in the afternoon and turn off the air conditioning when not in the unit to conserve power.

Two surveillance cameras monitor the entrance and the hallway near the entrance for added security.

Guest Access

There is no elevator in the building. Guests should be prepared to climb approximately 100 steps (5 floors), which provides good daily exercise. This location is ideal for those comfortable with stairs and who enjoy walking, as the town is very pedestrian-friendly.

If you require elevator access or have mobility concerns, this building may not be suitable as elevator reliability cannot be guaranteed.
