The space The newly remodeled unit (2022) sits above the rest, and there are outstanding views of the harbor from the living room, kitchen, and workspace area. The bedroom has a nice view of the main street that runs along the beach and the green hillsides (the green turns brown in the dry-high season). No Kids: Sorry, but we are not set up for children. The space is specially designed for digital nomads, with the very fastest, most reliable Fiber-Optic Wi-Fi in town and good ergonomic seating (best for anyone under 6'0"). For you world travelers, we have decorated Casa Marina Azul with lovely local art as well as large wall maps of Nicaragua and Central America, plus a giant world map. Relax out on the ocean-view balcony as you take in beautiful sunsets. Secure building with on-site staff 24/7. There is a backup generator that comes on during power outages. We recently installed double-pane windows in the master bedroom to keep the weekend party noise to a minimum, and we are the only unit in the building to have this feature. The master bathroom has a bathtub. The 2nd bedroom does not have double pane windows. If someone will be sleeping in this room, please alert them to the possibility of noise and advise them to bring ear plugs. All living areas have A/C and ceiling fans and there is no additional charge for electricity. Please be mindful to keep the blinds drawn in the afternoon and turn off the A/C when not in the unit, as these units draw lots of power. We have two surveillance security cameras—one at the entrance and one covering the inside hallway near the entrance. You'll get plenty of exercise walking the stairs daily and the streets below. It's a walking town, for sure. If you are not in good physical shape and need to rely on the elevator, I don't recommend booking in this building as I can't guarantee the elevator's reliability. Guest access No elevator but it's only 100 steps (5 floors) and great exercise.

The second bedroom does not have double-pane windows, so guests staying there should be aware of potential noise and consider bringing earplugs.

All living areas have air conditioning and ceiling fans, with no extra charge for electricity. Guests are asked to keep blinds closed in the afternoon and turn off the air conditioning when not in the unit to conserve power.

## Guest Access

There is no elevator in the building. Guests should be prepared to climb approximately 100 steps (5 floors), which provides good daily exercise. This location is ideal for those comfortable with stairs and who enjoy walking, as the town is very pedestrian-friendly.
