Oceanfront Setting

Sunset Beach is built along a hillside overlooking a pristine stretch of soft sand. Every suite offers direct ocean views, including beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Swimming is not permitted at Sunset Beach because of the strong Pacific Ocean undertow. However, the resort offers several large free-form pools with spectacular views, including a beachfront pool and the Sky Pool overlooking the entire resort.

The clean, soft sand is ideal for long walks and beach volleyball. Guests who wish to swim in the ocean can take the complimentary hourly shuttle to nearby Pueblo Bonito Rose.

Dining and Shopping

For larger grocery purchases, Costco, Walmart, Sam’s Club, and City Club are approximately a 15- to 20-minute drive away. The resort can also purchase groceries for guests for an additional fee.

The resort offers an optional all-inclusive plan, which typically costs between $80 and $120 per adult per day, depending on the package selected. Reduced rates are available for seniors over 60 and children under 18.

After booking the suite through Airbnb, guests may be connected with the host’s personal vacation assistant at Pueblo Bonito for owner pricing on all-inclusive packages, spa services, golf, and other offerings.

Reservation Policies

The host reserves the right to cancel reservations.

Guests who need to cancel must do so at least 72 hours before check-in to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may result in a penalty of up to the full reservation price.
