The Space

BALMORI is located on the third floor of a residential building directly across from Parque México. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests and features distinctive interiors, comfortable shared spaces, and flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups traveling together.

The kitchen is equipped for everything from casual breakfasts to extended stays, while the dining area provides space for everyone to gather and enjoy meals together.

Bedrooms

The three main bedrooms are located inside the principal apartment:

• Bedroom 1: One king-size bed and a full closet
• Bedroom 2: Two queen-size beds, a full closet, and a cozy sitting area
• Bedroom 3: Two queen-size beds, a full closet, and a small sofa

BALMORI also includes a unique fourth bedroom with independent access from the building’s stair landing. Located outside the main apartment, this private room features:

• A private full bathroom

This arrangement is ideal for guests who value additional privacy while traveling with a group.

The fourth bedroom also provides access to the laundry area. The entrance to the laundry space is discreetly located behind a mirror inside the room.

Please note that the housekeeping storage closet immediately inside the apartment entrance is kept locked and reserved exclusively for the housekeeping team. This area is not accessible to guests.

All other areas of the apartment are available for you to enjoy.

Cleaning Service

Cleaning during your stay is available upon request for an additional fee, subject to staff availability and service hours.

Professional Photography and Filming

Professional photo shoots require prior authorization and carry an additional fee of $15,000 MXN.

For video shoots, music videos, commercial productions, or other professional filming, please contact our team in advance so we can review the project and confirm the applicable rate and conditions.

City Infrastructure Notice

As in many major metropolitan cities, occasional odors near drains or bathroom areas may rarely be noticeable, particularly during Mexico City’s rainy season or while the city performs maintenance on its public water and drainage systems.

These situations are uncommon and temporary. They originate from the city’s infrastructure rather than the property and typically dissipate quickly without affecting the apartment’s functionality, cleanliness, or overall comfort.

Plumbing

To protect the home’s plumbing system, please do not flush anything other than human waste.

Dispose of the following items in the provided trash bins:

• Wipes
• Sanitary products
• Cotton swabs
• Paper towels
• Tissues
• Any other objects

Help Us Keep BALMORI Beautiful

• Close doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
• Report maintenance issues as soon as possible.
• Be mindful of water usage.

Photography and Property Condition

The listing photos were taken by a professional team and accurately represent the apartment. Although we work hard to keep BALMORI in excellent condition, minor differences may naturally occur over time due to normal use and wear.

Minor marks, scratches, stains, or other signs of previous use may occasionally be present. If you notice anything that requires attention, please let us know as soon as possible so our team can assist.

If something is accidentally damaged during your stay, please inform us immediately. Honest and timely communication allows us to address the situation appropriately and prepare the apartment for future guests.
