The Space

Welcome to Condo Brisamar, located in Ventanas Residencial high in the hills overlooking Cabo San Lucas. Set within the exclusive Tezal gated community, the property offers 24-hour security and convenient access to the area’s attractions while maintaining a quiet hillside atmosphere.

Guests have access to the onsite gym and shared swimming pool.

The remodeled condo features an open-concept layout with a comfortable television area. Relax on the sofa and watch a movie on the Smart TV after a day at the beach. Wall-to-wall glass doors open onto the private terrace, creating a seamless connection to the outdoors. The terrace overlooks the pool and provides a pleasant setting for enjoying a cocktail or glass of wine at sunset.

The kitchen includes high-quality appliances, utensils, and dishware for preparing meals throughout the day. A dishwasher is also provided for convenient cleanup. The dining table seats up to six guests.

Bedrooms

The condo accommodates up to six guests across three comfortable bedrooms:

• Primary suite: King bed and an ensuite full bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.
• Bedroom 2: King bed with access to a shared full bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed, office desk, and access to a shared full bathroom.

• Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.
• Guests must sign a Rental Agreement after the booking is confirmed.
• An official identification document may be required at check-in or during the stay.
• Depending on the booking platform used, a security deposit may be required. It will be refunded after check-out provided all terms are met.
• Only the guests listed on the reservation may stay at the property.
• Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the home. Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are strictly prohibited. Violations result in a $300 fine.
• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Excessive noise is prohibited after 10:00 p.m. Please respect the neighbors.
• Cleaning service is available for an additional fee. Please request it in advance.
• Outdoor security cameras are installed for safety and security.
• Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Pool and common-area rules and hours must be respected.
