The Orchid Lower Tree House occupies the bottom two floors of the renowned Orchid Tower in Conchas Chinas, a short coastal walk from Zona Romántica. This contemporary two-story condo offers 2,800 square feet of stylish living space and is well suited to families and groups seeking a resort-like experience.

Enjoy 360-degree views from Orchid’s rooftop restaurant, bar, and pool, or relax in the lower pool plaza located directly outside the property. A private cabana overlooking Puerto Vallarta provides a comfortable spot for lounging and watching the sunset.

The central living and dining area includes:

• A 75-inch smart television
• A Sonos sound system
• Comfortable gathering spaces for dining and relaxation

The fully equipped kitchen features modern GE Monogram appliances and a sleek design.

An interior spiral staircase or elevator leads to the upper-level open-air living room terrace, which includes:

• A large U-shaped sofa
• An 85-inch smart television
• A Sonos sound system
• A ping-pong table
• Ocean views through the trees

The terrace is just steps from the lower pool plaza, where guests can enjoy the infinity pool, jacuzzi, and comfortable daybeds.

Guests also have access to Orchid’s rooftop club, which features:

• Bloom restaurant and bar

Bedroom and Bathroom Configuration

The four glass-enclosed bedrooms are arranged in a two-by-two layout on the lower level of the Lower Tree House. The property includes four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and one half bathroom on the living room terrace level.

• Bedroom 1, lower level: One king bed and an en suite bathroom
• Bedroom 2, lower level: Two queen beds and an en suite bathroom
• Bedroom 3, upper level: One king bed and one single bed; shares a bathroom with Bedroom 4
• Bedroom 4, upper level: One king bed and one single bed; shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3
• All bedrooms include privacy curtains and separate air conditioning.
• The upper bedrooms are accessed by interior stairs and have low ceilings.

Concierge and Additional Services

The concierge can assist with transportation, excursions, spa treatments, groceries, and other arrangements. Please tip the concierge at checkout.

Additional housekeeping and laundry services are available for an extra fee.

Important Information

Terrace Hours

The upper terrace is closed daily from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. There are no exceptions. During these hours, please move activities to the lower Orchid Tree House level.

Orchid Common Area Access Fee

Upon arrival, guests must pay Orchid’s common area access fee of $20 per booked night. This fee is separate from the Orchid Tree House booking cost.

For example, a party of eight staying for five nights would pay $100, calculated as $20 multiplied by five nights.

Restaurant Charge Account

Restaurant and bar purchases may be charged to a credit card only. Cash is not accepted. Orchid applies a 3% fee to all credit card charges.

House Rules

All guests must follow the rules and codes of conduct established by Orchid management. These guidelines will be explained during check-in.

Important rules include:

• Smoking is not permitted.
• The rooftop pool and jacuzzi are available for swimming only to adults and guests aged 13 and older.
• The lower pool and jacuzzi are open to guests of all ages and are located on the same level as the Lower Tree House living room terrace.
• Running, jumping, diving, and roughhousing are not permitted in or around the pool areas because the infinity pools are shallow.
• Glass items and Bluetooth speakers are not permitted in common areas.
