The young man's service was excellent: He was always attentive, friendly, and brought us whatever we needed. A 10 out of 10 for service! However, the facilities need improvements. The excess chlorine in the pool discolored clothes. The palapa has leaks, and the fridge is small for 16 people. There was no freezer or dishwasher, even though they are listed in the ad. The speaker didn't work, the hammock is broken, and the advertised lounge chairs are missing. Kitchen utensils and blankets are also missing. The showers don't have curtains or doors. The kitchen needs a better cleaning job, and there is a hose lying across the floor that could cause accidents. Vehicle access is difficult due to the lack of a ramp. In addition, the property is not on the beach shore, as the listing suggests. We really appreciated the excellent service. We recommend carrying out maintenance and updating the

The accommodation is definitely amazing, in addition the distinction on the beach shore was amazing thanks to the rental of the house!! The quad bike experience in the dunes, too, and with an additional discount! Highly recommended 🫶🏼
